Pros
After cleansing, the moisturizing effect is great. And since it's slightly acidic, it seemed to suit my skin well and didn't cause any breakouts, so I felt it was gentle.
Cons
I wouldn't recommend this to those who dislike the lingering oily feeling after cleansing. And due to the nature of the cleansing gel, it doesn't produce a lot of lather.

Pros
My skin became sensitive, so I tried out a mild product and it's absolutely amazing! My face was really dry, but after cleansing, it doesn't feel tight at all and it's just so nice. The makeup also blends in well, and my skin feels refreshed after washing. 😘 I'll have to stock up on this!
Cons
I have to pump it 3-4 times, sometimes even up to 5 times, when using it, and it feels like I'm going through it quickly. I wish the volume was larger.

Pros
It's definitely mild and has much less oil. After using it for about a month, I didn't know what was good about it, so I used a different cleansing foam, and then in the afternoon, the oil exploded. It's great that it has less oil.
Cons
I'm not sure... It doesn't seem to be causing any breakouts, but I still don't have any intention to repurchase.
Tip
I'll give you a tip for getting good lather. Before cleansing, wash your face with water, then be sure to thoroughly wash your hands with soap. The lack of lather is because of the oil on your hands. Washing with soap makes the lather really great.

It's gentle, but it was surprisingly hard to remove the makeup. It's just about okay. There's no irritation on the face.
Cons
I bought it based on the recommendation of the staff, but I was surprised to find that it has sensitive ingredients and as many as 20 ingredients, including five of them. After using this, there's a lingering sticky feeling that's a bit inconvenient. I'll have to think about whether to repurchase it.

Don't rub the eye area too much. Of course, this one is a bit more irritating than usual.

It has a mild scent and doesn't smell strong. Even though it's mild, the makeup comes off well.
Cons
It's too thick and doesn't pump out well. I have to rub it on my face that's not wet, but it's too thick and doesn't work well. So I end up using a lot at once.

My eyes are too irritated ㅠㅜㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ Whenever I wash my face, my eyes get bloodshot and, well, even after rinsing thoroughly, there's still a bit of a slippery feeling, and many say the foaming isn't great, but I guess that's individual preference... It's a bit slow, though.

Tip for when the lather doesn't form well! Wet your hands and face with lots and lots of water!!

It's absolutely great. Everything is satisfactory. The biggest downside of mild cleansers with low pH is that they don't lather well and their cleansing power is not that strong, but among the mild cleansers I've tried so far, this one lathers the best and has great cleansing power. I think I'll be sticking with this cleansing product for a while. I really hope Missha doesn't discontinue this product. ㅜㅜ

Tip
For those of you who say the lather doesn't come out well, let me teach you the trick to getting a good lather. After rinsing your face a couple of times with water, pump the product a couple of times and then lightly wet your hands (keep your palms cupped to prevent the water from dripping out) and gently rub in a circular motion with your index, middle, and ring fingers. This will help the lather build up nicely. The better the lather, the better the cleansing power. ^^ㅎㅎ

It's gentle, but the cleansing power is incredible. It's fragrance-free, so there's no need to hold your breath during cleansing. :)
