The fragrance is lovely and it absorbs beautifully. It removes makeup thoroughly and effectively. It's a bit inconvenient that the product starts to liquefy slightly when you open the lid and scoop it out with your fingers. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedAug 17, 2018
It removes makeup so gently and effectively! True to its 'Snow Flower Cleanser' nickname, it turns into a milky texture when applied and rinses off smoothly. This solid-type cleanser (which amazingly melts into an oil-like substance) was a first for me, and I was genuinely impressed at the start! On days when I wear heavy makeup, this cleanser works wonders. It's so effective that I don't need to double or triple cleanse with other deep cleansing products - one round does the job! And the best part? No skin tightness after washing! The scent is an issue. While some might find it pleasant, to me it smells like expired cosmetics. When I'm feeling particularly sensitive, it can even seem overwhelming. Also, the ingredients seem a bit harsh. Right after cleansing, my skin feels moisturized, but it quickly becomes very dry afterwards. It doesn't exactly feel tight, but definitely dry. Here's a real contradiction for a cleansing product: when I use it around my eyes, they don't sting, but my vision becomes blurry. I'm not sure if it's because some product gets into my eyes, but it happens often. I wondered if my cleansing technique was wrong, but in any case, you should be extra careful when using this around your eyes, as with other cleansers. Apply your toner and emulsion immediately after cleansing. Also, try not to keep the product in the bathroom. It's very sensitive to moisture and high temperatures, so it can melt easily in those conditions. - mi******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityDead Skin CellsRecommendedMar 6, 2018
This product seems perfect for gently exfoliating and moisturizing while removing makeup! As someone with extremely dry skin, it's been a huge help on days when my skin is flaking after wearing makeup. When I massage this cleanser onto my face, it magically removes all the dead skin cells, leaving my skin feeling soft and smooth. 1. This is not a lip and eye makeup remover! It seems a bit weak for removing lip and eye makeup. 2. It can sting around the eyes! Be very careful not to get it in your eyes. First, use a separate lip and eye makeup remover. Since this product melts immediately upon contact with skin, use your fingers to apply small amounts to four areas of your face. Carefully avoiding the eyes, gently massage for about 5 minutes. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinJul 13, 2017
The makeup dissolves so well that I can even remove eye makeup with this product when I don't have eye makeup remover handy! When I massage it in, I can feel it pulling out excess sebum too. The finish feels a bit slippery, so you definitely need to follow up with a second cleanse when using this product. Unfortunately, it's quite pricey... - Hwahae UserCombination SkinMay 6, 2017
It removes makeup so thoroughly! I always make sure to use this on days when I've worn heavy makeup! I was really disappointed when the price suddenly doubled... - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinFeb 24, 2017
The cleansing effectiveness is top-notch. It's so convenient as it removes even mascara in one go. It tends to linger between eyelashes, requiring thorough rinsing with water. Be careful when scooping it out with your hands, as it can melt inside the container. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinJan 13, 2017
Great stuff! It removes oily residue effectively, and occasionally even pulls out sebum. I like it so much I've repurchased. It's expensive... Why did they raise the price? It's too pricey to buy regularly. - le*******Oily SkinAcne SkinJan 3, 2017
It leaves my skin feeling hydrated after cleansing. It's great at removing makeup and surprisingly effective at soothing my skin! The price... When I bought it before, it was 12,000 won for a 1+1 deal, but now it's 25,000 won for just one. Sigh... Did they raise the price because it's selling well? Also, while it does leave the skin moisturized after cleansing, it's almost too slippery - I can't tell if I've washed my face or not. So I end up doing a second cleanse with a foam cleanser. Only then does my skin feel properly clean. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinDec 15, 2016
I bought this during a buy-one-get-one-free deal, and I love how gentle it is. The quantity is generous too - I've been using only this product for months and I'm still going. There's absolutely no deep dryness, it cleanses effectively, and most importantly, I don't even feel the need to buy a separate eye makeup remover anymore. While it may not remove eye makeup as meticulously as a dedicated remover, I still recommend it for those who prefer a fuss-free routine. When you rinse it off with water, it doesn't disappear immediately but leaves a slight oily film. At first, this made me uneasy, so I kept washing with a cleansing bar. I'd suggest being thorough during your double cleanse, especially if you have a skin type like mine... I apply it to my completely dry face, massaging it in with circular motions. Then I rinse with water, and before my second cleanse, I lightly remove the oil film with a regular cleansing bar (without expecting much from it). Finally, I finish up with my favorite cleanser. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinNov 13, 2016
A product you can roll directly on your face without water! It gently dissolves and removes makeup effectively, so I keep repurchasing it for my first cleanse. The price-to-volume ratio is excellent, giving you a lot of product for your money. Due to its oil content, it's not ideal for eyelash extensions. While this speaks to its effectiveness, it's a drawback for some.
