It seems to be the best for oily skin. The matte finish, good coverage, and good lasting power are great. However, if you don't manage the flaky skin, even though I have oily skin, there were times when the flaky skin was accentuated!
Cons

😊 The coverage is great! It can conceal most blemishes naturally and neatly. You just need to use a concealer for the more problematic areas! 😊 It seems like the oiliness doesn't come up as much. 😊 The volume is amazing! In terms of lasting power and coverage, this foundation is no less than any other foundations out there. I've gone hiking in the summer and worked part-time jobs while sweating, and rather than falling apart, it blended with the oil on my skin, making my skin look even better.

Wow... I finally understand why everyone raves about Double Wear! I'm the type who tries to save money and rarely buys expensive foundations, but during the COVID-19 period, I ended up getting two department store brand foundations... Haha. When I tried other popular drugstore foundations, they were all good, but over time, the area around my mouth would get all cakey and patchy... Even when I applied them as thinly as possible, the small amount would still clump up or look powdery. (The oiliness on the rest of my face was easy to blot away^^) I thought I was just stuck with this, but after seeing Yutrue's Double Wear review, where the foundation didn't budge even when she tried to wipe it off with a brush, I was like, "Whoa..." After much deliberation, I finally bought it this time... It's a whole new world! (My skin tone is the same as The Face Shop Ink Lasting Glow Cushion N203. I have oily skin, but my skincare routine is really solid.) Using the Hwahae Trial Reviewer 948-6 brush, I apply it super thinly and just add a little more to the areas that need more coverage. And because I applied it so lightly, the skincare glow still comes through, and it gives a nice, slightly brightening effect. But the real difference shows up 10 hours later... The coverage on my chin and around my mouth is still intact... This alone makes it a holy grail for me. Ugh, I understand now why everyone raves about Double Wear! The staying power is amazing, and it doesn't leave harsh mask lines even when I wear a mask. I'm sticking with this from now on... I never thought of myself as a foundation nomad, but this foundation has made me realize that I was! Good job, Double Wear!
Cons
I really struggled with choosing the right color since there are so many options for Double Wear. That's why it took me over a week to finally decide and get my hands on it... It definitely has the potential to look cakey and heavy if you're not careful with the application. Controlling the amount is crucial! I noticed that when I apply it super thinly, my cheek pores become slightly emphasized. I guess the thin layer doesn't quite fill in the pores. But from a distance, the pore visibility is not that noticeable.
Tip
I personally really recommend watching Yutrue's Double Wear "Parisian Girl" tutorial. It's the second product I've been using after porcelain. The good coverage and long-lasting wear are great.
Cons
I used up the previous product within the recommended period, but this year I haven't been doing my makeup much, so I couldn't finish it within the period... And on days when my skin is not feeling great, it seems to accentuate the bumps a bit.
Tip

This is an incredibly high-quality product that I love. There is no darkening effect, and the longevity is great. After using this, I don't think I can go back to using anything else.

It would be great if it had more moisture. If you're not careful, it can accentuate flaky skin too much.
