I've been using it consistently for about 2-3 years now! 1. Lightweight with no blemishes As someone with sensitive skin who's cautious about applying products, I'm happy to report I've been using this without any irritation! 2. Subtle evening of skin tone While the coverage isn't as intense as cushion foundations or liquid foundations, it does provide some brightening and evens out the complexion! It won't conceal red acne, so I use a small amount of foundation as a concealer on specific areas that need coverage, then pat this product all over my face. 3. Easy to remove No need for double cleansing - it comes off easily with a simple face wash, which is less of a hassle! I'm really enjoying using this product as I can pat it on quickly without worrying about my skin.
ConsThe price point is a bit high. Being in cushion form means you need to maintain the hygiene of the puff and cushion.

I'm sharing this information for those who, like me, prefer powder makeup. What is powder makeup? It's finishing your makeup by applying powder directly with a puff after your skincare routine (up to emulsion). Pros: Great for skin protection and significantly reduces the chance of acne breakouts. Cons: Coverage isn't the best... It's more of a blurring effect. I'll try to rank the products I've used: Tonymoly High Cover, MAC Studio Perfect, and HERA HD Foundation Application: Tonymoly = MAC = HERA They're all similar. Think of it as applying powder directly to your skin. The key is skillfully applying with a puff rather than the powder's spreadability itself. This ensures a natural look. Dryness seems to depend more on your skin condition and skincare routine rather than the powder itself. Coverage: Tonymoly >> HERA > MAC MAC barely provides any coverage, while Tonymoly can look cakey if you're not careful. Tonymoly has the best coverage but was difficult to use due to its coarse particles. HERA was the best in this aspect. It has medium-high coverage - won't conceal acne scars or active blemishes, but effectively covers redness, evens skin tone, and hides small blood vessels. As someone who's recently overcome acne, HERA's coverage was satisfactory for me. Emphasizing dead skin cells: Tonymoly >> MAC > HERA HERA's best feature was how it didn't emphasize flakiness when applied with a puff (assuming you have a solid skincare routine and your skin barrier isn't damaged). It creates a very smooth-looking complexion. While not as flawless as liquid foundation or cushion, it's still quite pretty. Longevity: All similar, but MAC and HERA win for graceful wear. Tonymoly's coarse particles made it wear off unattractively. I initially used it for its coverage when I had more acne marks, but stopped as my skin improved and I noticed how poorly it wore throughout the day. Overall impression after powder makeup: Tonymoly: Decent coverage for powder makeup, but can look cakey if not careful. MAC: Fine particles make it easy to use, but not suitable as a standalone powder foundation due to lack of coverage. HERA: Easiest to use for powder makeup (though MAC is slightly easier) with good coverage. It looks like you're wearing makeup and evens out your complexion. For these reasons, I'm sticking with HERA!
ConsThe price... It seems too expensive for the amount of product you get. Also, the included puff isn't great for powder makeup application.
TipFor powder makeup, it's better to use Innisfree's bouncy One Puff, not the porous ones. A springy, dense puff works best for makeup application! Apply the powder by gently spreading it on your skin with the puff. Use a bit of wrist action - think of it as gliding across the skin, not patting it on. Patting creates thick spots that can emphasize dead skin cells. When you have a lot of flaky skin, powder makeup won't apply smoothly. Be careful! Instead of exfoliating, focus on hydrating your skin well.

It provides decent coverage and controls sebum well. Even when reapplying, it doesn't cake up much. It's an excellent product for patting on to mattify when excess oil surfaces after applying cushion foundation.
ConsAfter using two bottles, I can't find any faults with the product itself. However, the price point is a bit steep.

The fine particles apply thinly and smoothly, leaving a soft, matte finish. The coverage is moderate, and the staying power isn't bad either. Maybe touch up once around lunchtime and once in the evening? While it does lift a bit by the end of the workday, it's less noticeable compared to other compacts I've tried. The Hera compact seems to have less pilling than others.
ConsOne of the ingredients is talc...? While I didn't experience any blemishes, those with super sensitive skin might not be able to use it. Also, the price is quite steep. It's disappointing that they don't sell the puff separately.
TipAfter applying cushion foundation or liquid foundation, just lightly pat it on oily areas for a natural look.

This is the best one I've tried so far. It naturally evens my skin tone and keeps my complexion matte, which is great for touch-ups. It seems to cover pores well too.
ConsOn days when my skin is very dry, it can look a bit patchy. Since it doesn't offer much coverage, I think it's best suited for those who want a matte finish like me or those looking to brighten their complexion.

It's especially excellent for touch-ups. The moment you pat it on, it sets instantly without any patchiness, making your skin look as fresh as your morning makeup. That's why I've gone through three of these!
ConsIn summer, it makes your face get shiny quickly and oily, requiring frequent touch-ups. Of course, it's hard to find makeup that doesn't do this in summer, but this one has the drawback of feeling a bit warm and making your makeup look cakey. So, its coverage in summer is pretty disappointing.

The powder particles are incredibly fine, allowing it to adhere perfectly to the skin. What really sets it apart from other products, and its biggest advantage, is how durable it is! I've dropped it a few times, and it's still in perfect condition. It offers decent coverage, and with its skin-friendly ingredients, it's been great for my sensitive skin. For those of us prone to blemishes, this could be a real holy grail product!
ConsThe only slight downside is that the puff is located at the bottom. However, I didn't find this to be a major inconvenience.

This product has more pigment than others. The powder particles are incredibly fine, allowing for a natural application. Due to its fine texture, it lightly absorbs oil on foundation-applied skin while adding a thin layer of color. It feels like it's evening out your complexion subtly. If you're looking for high coverage, I'd recommend using a full-coverage foundation instead, as high-coverage powders tend to look obvious and can settle into lines.
ConsThere's nothing particularly negative to mention. It might be a bit pricey, and it's not as hydrating as Benefit's Florist powder.
TipFor those with dry skin, use a small amount to enhance makeup longevity without over-drying your skin. This technique works hard to balance oil and moisture while maintaining that Inner Glow.

It doesn't cake, and it adheres beautifully to the skin. As someone with combination skin, I love how it leaves my face feeling powder-soft and matte.
ConsWell, there's nothing particularly bad about it, but since it's a domestic product, I wish the price was a bit more reasonable.

It provides good coverage and the makeup lasts for a long time. I really like it!
ConsWell... the makeup tends to look a bit heavy, and after some time, it starts to separate on the skin...
