ConsI expected significant skin improvement, but I didn't see much effect. It occasionally caused a tingling sensation.

It's very easy to apply. However, after rinsing, there's a lingering smooth, coated feeling (probably from glycerin) that remains on the skin. The liquid absorbs quite quickly, though. I haven't experienced any blemishes while using it, and my skin hasn't worsened. It's neither a bad nor particularly good product.
ConsIf your skin is in a compromised state (like atopic dermatitis or cracked skin), it can cause a tingling sensation. This means if you bought it hoping to strengthen your skin barrier due to its ceramide content, it might not be suitable for use. However, if you have slightly drier than normal skin, you should be able to use it.
TipFor me, this product was just so-so. In my daily routine, I mix it 1:1 with an atopic emulsion (a heavier type). On its own, it's not hydrating enough, but I'm drawn to the ceramides it contains, which is why I came up with this strategy.

Especially for our second child, even highly-recommended atopic emulsions didn't work. With a heavy heart, we decided to try this adult product. Surprisingly, their skin improved significantly. The increase in hydration was visibly noticeable, showing remarkable improvement.
ConsHowever, after using about two and a half bottles of this emulsion over two months, it seems to be getting drier. Once I finish the half-bottle left, I'll probably need to switch to something else. I'm also a bit concerned about some ingredients listed. Initially, I only planned to use it for two to three months anyway. Also, while it didn't sting at first when applied to severe atopic areas, now it causes quite a bit of discomfort. When the emulsion gets on my hands, I feel an immediate evaporation, yet there's a lingering oily residue.
TipIt's quite expensive if you buy it from drugstores. It seems to be cheaper at duty-free shops or online, and the emulsion often comes in larger quantities through these channels.
