Why was this discontinued? 😢 It absorbs quickly like an essence, yet it's not a lightweight body emulsion. It's been discontinued for a while, and I still haven't found a replacement. I'm using the renewed version, but it doesn't feel the same at all. After exfoliating with a Korean Italy towel in the shower, patting dry with a towel, and quickly applying this before bed, my skin feels out of this world... truly silky smooth. It's not just the softness you get from applying a heavy emulsion, but it makes your skin feel like a baby's. It can feel sticky if you apply it without washing first. Some reviews say it's sticky and too light, making it not great, but it's completely different if you apply it after exfoliating. I'm so sad it's discontinued... The scent is like lemon mixed with herbal notes, or it might remind you of a Korean spa. Honestly, I'm struggling to find any real drawbacks - for me, it was the perfect body emulsion. Please come back... Apply quickly after exfoliating and patting dry with a towel. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedOct 19, 2018
The scent is quintessentially Dr. Jart+, with that natural cosmetics aroma. The formula is incredibly lightweight and runny, making it super easy to apply! It feels gentle on the skin, which I really appreciate. Well, if you're looking for deep hydration, I wouldn't recommend this. I usually slather a lot of emulsion on my legs, but unlike other products, this one doesn't give me that moisturized feeling at all. It's more like I've just spritzed some water on my skin? And while you might think its lack of hydration would make it perfect for summer, there's this inexplicable stickiness after application. However, overall I'm still satisfied with it, so I'd recommend giving it a try! - di*********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinDark CirclesWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedOct 7, 2018
The texture feels lightweight, yet it's surprisingly hydrating. Unlike thick creams, it's easy to spread and absorbs well into the skin. Like the entire Ceramidin line, it doesn't instantly absorb. Instead, it leaves a slightly slick feeling on the skin for a while. It's not something you can just pat in quickly - it seems to be a characteristic of these products. Though not an oil, it has an oil-like quality. Ultimately, I couldn't get along with the liquid cream or body emulsion either. If possible, definitely try a sample first! If the texture suits your skin and doesn't cause irritation, its hydration power is above average. It could be a solid choice for those with normal to dry skin. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinJul 22, 2018
Finally finished a whole bottle and here's my review. I loved that it wasn't irritating and had a refreshing scent. I persevered with this product because it supposedly contains various ingredients to enhance absorption. However, for me, it absorbed so poorly that I ended up applying less. Otherwise, it would have transferred onto my clothes. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinRecommendedMay 7, 2018
I'm using it comfortably without any issues. It doesn't feel overly sticky on the skin. It's a bit disappointing that there's one potentially harmful ingredient in it. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedMay 3, 2018
This body emulsion has a water-like texture, perfect for those who dislike thick creams. While it's not exceptionally hydrating, it absorbs well, making it ideal for a quick post-shower application in summer. It seems suitable for most skin types, though as someone with oily skin, I might not notice any dryness. Although the texture and absorption are excellent, the hydration level is comparatively lower. Instead of feeling like it's deeply moisturizing, there's a unique squeaky-clean sensation. However, this feeling subsides over time. - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedMay 1, 2018
I loved that there was no sticky or slippery feeling after application. It seems perfect for a light summer moisturizer. Since it only provides just enough hydration, it might not be sufficiently moisturizing for those with dry skin. - le******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinApr 24, 2018
The texture is light and seems to absorb quickly. I like that it's not too thick. It's completely oil-free, which should be great for summer use. It feels like it might be too heavy for hot summer days. The moisturizing effect is very short-lived - only the moment you apply it. No matter how much I use, my legs still get flaky and extremely dry, so I've switched to using body oil instead. Trying it again for this review (I hadn't thrown it out...), it feels incredibly slippery and sticky. It slides around on the skin, like applying hair conditioner loaded with silicone all over your body - even my palms feel slippery. And the scent... it makes me cough. It's not medicinal, but it's like the free emulsion smell from a sauna, intensified five times. Ugh! - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinApr 8, 2018
It seems to moisturize well, but I'm not quite sure what exactly is good about it It's sticky and doesn't really cover body blemishes well. It leaves me feeling uncomfortable - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinMar 26, 2018
I bought this because of the good reviews, and I must say the fragrance is lovely. It applies smoothly with a light consistency. I have atopic, dry, and sensitive skin. Being dry-skinned, it feels moisturizing right after application, but my skin quickly becomes parched. If you have dry skin, you might need to mix this with an oil. As someone with atopic skin, the lack of proper hydration made my skin even itchier. The product itself didn't seem to suit me well, causing irritation. I wouldn't recommend this for people with skin like mine - I ended up throwing away this emulsion. However, it might work for those with oily skin who aren't sensitive. It does apply smoothly and feels fresh.
