It's affordable and often has buy-one-get-one-free promotions. It's terrible, absolutely awful. The texture feels heavy, yet it leaves my skin feeling deeply dehydrated. I can't properly evaluate its cleansing effectiveness since I don't wear heavy makeup - most cleansers work fine for my light makeup. While this one did remove my makeup, the real issue is how rough it leaves my skin after washing. I use cleansing milks for their gentle, soft finish, but this made my skin texture worse than a foam cleanser. It even caused closed comedones the next day - just awful! I don't think it's due to potentially allergenic ingredients, as my usual cleansing milk contains limonene and linalool but keeps my skin moisturized without causing blemishes. The Centella serum I'm using now actually helps clear up my skin. I suspect it's either a poor formulation or some oil ingredient that doesn't agree with me. In any case, I absolutely do not recommend this product - it's a triple threat of deep dryness, rough skin texture, and closed comedones. The best tip is not to buy it at all. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJul 2, 2018
It seems to remove makeup gently and non-irritatingly, so I bought it. There is less of a tightening sensation after cleansing. When doing a full makeup routine, it seems necessary to double cleanse with a foam cleanser to remove everything. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 19, 2018
This is a lotion type. I use this and then the Hwahae Trial Reviewer's acne-targeted foam cleanser, and it works well. The price is good and there are no downsides.. It's fine.. It rinses off well and is gentle.. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinOct 6, 2017
Although I didn't have it, I heard good things about it from Hwahae Trial Reviewers, so I bought it on sale at Lohbs for a cheap price. I used it a total of 7 times. I developed grains and suppurative acne. ^=^ I was using a cleansing cream before and decided to try something new, but it was disastrous.. I already had sensitive skin and some acne, which had mostly cleared up and left just scars, but then..haha Redness, itchiness, bumps, and all the acne came back. As for the usage, since I haven't used a cleansing milk before, when I roll it on, it feels like it's disappearing and being absorbed, which I don't like.. I'm not sure if it washes off well, even after the second cleansing. I bought it without checking the ingredients, and when I looked at them later, they were really impressive. But for someone with super sensitive and acne-prone skin, it's best to test it first before using. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinMay 9, 2017
I originally had normal skin, but it gradually became dry, and I felt uncomfortable using foam cleansers. So I wanted to switch to a cleansing milk, and I bought one for 9,900 won at Lohbs, and it's been great. After washing, my skin feels comfortable and healthy! I don't usually wear a lot of makeup, but on the days I do, I double cleanse with this product. There's really nothing disappointing about it, but if you wear heavy makeup, this product alone may not be enough to cleanse thoroughly. The product instructions say to wipe it off with a cotton pad, but I rinse it off with lukewarm water for a long time. This way, it gets thoroughly cleansed without any irritation. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinFeb 26, 2017
I bought it on sale at Lohbs for 9,900 won. After cleansing, my face doesn't feel tight. After using it, I noticed that I started getting a few small pimples on my face, but other than that, I didn't have any particular issues. Looking at the ingredients now, it seems really poor, so I don't recommend it. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinOct 9, 2016
It seems like Lohbs has frequent sales. I was able to purchase items at a lower price during the sales. They were also having a sale just a few days ago. I have combination skin and for my makeup, I apply sunscreen, then a very light layer of foundation or cushion compact. I usually just use a tinted lip balm or lip tint. After washing my face and wiping with a cotton pad, I notice a yellowish foundation residue. I wonder if it's the oil from my face, and I've confirmed that this only happens on the days I wear foundation. It seems like the sunscreen and simple cleansing would be more suitable for me. I'm also a bit skeptical if the sunscreen is getting removed as well. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinOct 2, 2016
I've been using it for over a week and it hasn't been pulling at all, it's been great :) Should I rub it a bit more? There was a bit of a slippery feeling; - ck****Combination SkinAug 17, 2016
As I have combination skin, I tried the cleansing milk and it worked well for my skin. It's gentle and mild, so it seems perfect for sensitive skin as well! The regular price is too burdensome, but I think it's worth stocking up during the sale period. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinAug 4, 2016
While working at a drugstore, I first bought and used Dermacare, and since it's a product for sensitive skin, it's gentle and good. The price is a bit high, but since it's Dermacare, this level of cost is bearable. This product is good to buy during a discount period, and I gently wipe it off with a sponge after cleansing.
