I purchased this product after searching for a mild shampoo. It feels gentle on my thin, severely damaged, and bleached hair, cleansing my scalp without weighing down my hair. My scalp is combination-type (can go 2 days without washing), and my hair is unmanageable, but using this shampoo doesn't make my hair feel stiff or uncomfortable. This seems to be the mildest shampoo I've tried so far. The lather is on the weaker side. The lather starts out well but quickly dissipates, so I end up using a lot of the product. While mild shampoos tend to be this way, I feel like it doesn't penetrate deep into my hair strands. I use this shampoo along with a Lush shampoo bar. 
ha*******Dry SkinAcne SkinOct 23, 2015I accidentally purchased this product because it is silicone-free. I am quite sensitive to silicone ingredients as my hair is very thin. The transparent gel type produces small bubbles, just the right amount needed. The powdery scent reminds me of my grandmother's or mother's cosmetics - it has an addictive quality! The product seems gentle. The lather rinses off quickly when washing, and my hair doesn't fall out as much when rinsing. My hair doesn't become dry, and my scalp doesn't get oily quickly. Even my friend with severe atopic dermatitis tried it without any side effects. The fact that this product is not available at Korean Eucerin stores? It's a pharmacy cosmetic with a gentle concept, but I think it would have been fine even without the added fragrance. I hope they can improve the ingredients a bit.
