It does seem to be gradually fading my blackheads.
ConsIt causes pilling, so you can't use it before applying makeup... It's also a bit irritating, so I only use it occasionally.
TipApply it only on areas with blackheads and whiteheads! Applying it all over your face can be irritating (especially now when our skin is more sensitive due to mask-wearing, it can really sting if you apply it on your cheeks).

When blemishes are going crazy, I sometimes get frustrated and slather it all over my face. Surprisingly, a little goes a long way, so this small tube lasts forever.
ConsIt's tricky to use before makeup as it can become thick, flake off, or cause pilling. Best for at-home use only. Also, with prolonged use, the packaging gets all wrinkly and inconvenient.
TipTiming is key. Apply when the blemish has formed and is past its peak - it's like skipping straight to the resolution phase.

After trying various products, I stumbled upon Effaclar K and applied it to my forehead before bed. Amazingly, by morning, the blemishes had almost completely disappeared, with only faint traces remaining. While skincare products don't typically cure acne, this one kept my skin clear throughout its use. Now, I apply it occasionally when breakouts occur. It's important to note that I can't use it in the morning due to its tendency to pill. Also, it didn't work on cystic acne. If you're struggling with small blemishes, I highly recommend giving this a try!
ConsThe only downside is that it pills slightly. For this reason, those who wear makeup shouldn't use it in the morning.
TipFor best results, I found it most effective to apply it right after toner and avoid using heavy creams on top.

When I apply it before bed, I wake up feeling like my skin has become clearer. It's excellent for removing dead skin cells.
ConsIt may cause a tingling or itchy sensation, and the dead skin cells literally come off, so if you apply it during the day, your makeup might pill. Occasionally, you might wake up with sore eyes due to the excess product. While its function is clear, it's not exceptionally hydrating. However, this doesn't mean the product itself is harsh.
TipApply every three to four days before sleeping.

First, cleanse with micellar water, then apply Epiduo, and finish with a light soothing emulsion. That's all it takes!
ConsIt can leave your skin feeling a bit dry. If you don't apply the right amount, it might pill when you layer other products. Also, it can be irritating for those with super sensitive skin.
TipYes

I don't use it daily, just occasionally.
ConsIt's quite drying when used alone. When applied under makeup, it tends to pill, so I only use it at night. Once, I had a painful, large pimple forming near my nose. I started applying this product as soon as I noticed it, but it ended up causing the skin in that area to peel off. The skin turned red and flaked like shedding... The exfoliating power seems quite intense.
TipLet's use just the right amount. Unless you have extremely oily skin, you'll need additional hydration.

And when you apply it, there's this subtle, refreshing scent that's both cool and invigorating. It just puts you in a good mood.
ConsIt pills like crazy... Don't use it during the day before applying makeup.

When I apply it before bed, I wake up to find dead skin cells sloughing off, leaving my skin texture incredibly smooth.
ConsIt's best to apply this at night, as using it in the morning before makeup can cause pilling. While it's not entirely fragrance-free, there's a distinct scent that might be slightly off-putting. However, I tolerate it because the product works so effectively.

ConsAfter applying, even the slightest touch to your skin causes dead skin cells to flake off noticeably, resulting in pilling. It's best to only use this at night.

I bought it because it's supposed to be good for milia and sebum, and the packaging says it helps with blackheads too. As someone with super sensitive skin, I'm most pleased that I can use it without any blemishes or adverse reactions! Plus, the tube packaging makes it convenient and hygienic to use.
ConsWhile it's unscented when applied, there's a slightly acidic, medicinal smell when you first squeeze it out of the tube, so I hold my breath initially. Although it's meant for oily skin, it can pill a bit when applying makeup in the morning, so you need to pat it in slowly. Alternatively, you could just apply it as a spot treatment.
