  Pros

  Back when I was constantly visiting the dermatologist for acne issues, the doctor recommended this product, which I purchased from the clinic. They advised using it every few days as it could be a bit harsh, and warned against double cleansing with another cleanser right after. When I tried it, my cheeks felt a bit tingly during cleansing, but there was no lingering discomfort or breakouts afterward. It definitely worked wonders on my acne-prone T-zone! My skin became super smooth, and I think it even had a slight brightening effect. Maybe it was due to the dead skin cell removal?

  Cons

  The powder form (enzyme or yeast?) was a bit inconvenient as it had to be stored in a dry place outside the bathroom. Also, if I remember correctly, it had a rather short shelf life.

  Tip

  To use, just sprinkle some powder on your hand, add a few drops of water, and work it into a lather. The dermatologist advised gently massaging the foam only on the T-zone, and for the cheek area, just letting it touch briefly while rinsing with lukewarm water. Applying it only to the T-zone works great!

  Pros

  I received a sample and loved it so much that I bought the full size from my dermatologist's office! What I really like is that after cleansing with this, it removes dead skin cells and leaves my face feeling super smooth! It seems to reduce deep dryness, and my blemishes have decreased too. This product works hard!

  Cons

  Hmm... if I had to find something, I'd say it's the price. Also, it looks like I'll use it up pretty quickly.

  Tip

  When you first open it, don't completely remove the protective film... It makes controlling the amount really difficult. So I've been using it by just poking a hole in the film. Oh, and I bought mine at the dermatologist's office, but I'd recommend getting a sample there to try before purchasing.

  Pros

  I used this when I had adult acne and saw great results. Now I use it occasionally for deep cleansing.

  Cons

  If you have dry skin, don't massage it in for too long. A gentle, brief massage before rinsing is plenty effective.

  Tip

  It's also fine to mix a bit of this with your regular cleanser.

  Blemishes noticeably reduced. Skin feels moisturized after washing and overall complexion has significantly improved.

  The packaging is somewhat inconvenient. It's unfortunate that it's only available at higher prices when purchasing online.

  One cleanse doesn't seem to fully remove sunscreen and makeup. However, a gentle double cleanse leaves the skin feeling thoroughly clean.

  I bought this from my dermatologist for acne treatment, and I feel like my skin becomes incredibly smooth just from cleansing. The feeling is great, and I think it's thanks to this that my blemishes have calmed down significantly. I'm definitely going back to repurchase!

  Cons

  Since it's in powder form, it's difficult to control the amount. Even if you think you've taken out just enough, it tends to spill while you're lathering, so you have to be really careful when using it.

  Tip

  If you tilt the container almost horizontally and tap it gently into your palm, you can somewhat control the amount that comes out.

  Pros

  This is the best cleanser for acne!!!! I went to the dermatologist because suddenly I had acne on my cheeks, and this is the cleanser they prescribed. When you cleanse with it, mixing it with water and exfoliating like a scrub, your skin becomes soft and smooth. However, since it's for treating acne, it seems to control oil, so after cleansing, my skin feels a bit tight, so I immediately apply a lotion! But my acne is definitely improving. This was my first time trying an enzyme powder cleanser, and I'm planning to try other brands' products next time :)

  Cons

  It's also quite expensive, but the fact that it's only available at the dermatologist's office is a bit of a problem???

  Tip

  On days when you wear makeup, you can do a primary cleanse with your usual cleansing oil, milk, or cream, and then use this for a secondary cleanse. I think that would work well :)
