It dissolves well in water, doesn't leave your skin feeling tight after cleansing, and gives a sensation of smoother skin texture. It's difficult to control the amount dispensed, and it comes out generously, giving the impression that it runs out quickly. For effective use, dispense a small amount of powder into your palm with warm water, work it into a lather, then cleanse. This method produces a good foam even with minimal product. - oa****Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedFeb 29, 2024
Ingredients: Among enzyme-based cleansing powders, this one has excellent components. I have super sensitive skin that easily reddens and itches if I use the wrong product, but I've never experienced such issues with Dr. Eslee's products. Cleansing effectiveness: It has just the right cleansing power. On days when I wear makeup, I do a first cleanse with cleansing milk followed by this cleansing powder, and I haven't had any problems. The price is quite steep. It seems there are no sales, so you have to pay full price. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedAug 20, 2023
This innovative powder cleanser is amazing. It leaves my skin feeling soft and moisturized after cleansing, not dry at all. It's also really effective at removing makeup and impurities. While the product itself is great, it's a bit pricey for the amount you get. I'd recommend waiting for a sale to purchase it. For a gentle exfoliating effect, try using it with the powder slightly less dissolved. - th***************Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMar 8, 2021
The fine powder particles dissolve gently, giving a sensation of thorough cleansing. Above all, I'm extremely satisfied with how clean my skin feels without any irritation. The container makes it a bit inconvenient to dispense the product. I wish this aspect could be improved. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedSep 10, 2020
I've been using this for 3 years on my dermatologist's recommendation. Even with my acne-prone, sensitive skin, it causes absolutely no irritation, and I hardly feel any tightness after cleansing. It's hardly a drawback, but since it's a low pH cleansing foam, you don't get that squeaky-clean feeling. To be honest, once you get used to it, it's actually quite nice! - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedNov 8, 2019
I used to be skeptical about powder cleansers after a bad experience with a similar product that caused blemishes and cystic acne. I even ignored the samples of this one that came with other purchases. But when my regular cleanser ran out and was sold out, I reluctantly tried this sample. Surprisingly, it was gentle yet effective, with good cleansing power and even helped calm my skin. After testing it for a week, I found it better than my previous cleanser, so I bought the full size. It leaves my skin feeling great, seems to brighten my complexion, and causes fewer blemishes than my old cleanser. Being a powder type, some fine dust can get into your eyes or nose when dispensing it. The powder can clump a bit if the water isn't warm enough. It dissolves well in comfortably warm water, creating a nice lather without waste or clumping. For the best results, I warm my hands under hot water first, then mix the powder with a few drops of water to create a lather. I massage this onto my face with my warm hands, then rinse with water that's slightly cooler than lukewarm, gradually decreasing the temperature. If you use water that's only lukewarm to create the lather, it might clump or be wasteful. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedSep 22, 2019
This product has been my go-to for 3 years straight, ever since my dermatologist recommended it when I was struggling with blemishes. After use, there's no feeling of tightness, and I love the clean, smooth finish it provides. As someone who rarely sticks to cosmetics, the fact that I've been using this consistently speaks volumes. I've tried other products over time, but I always end up coming back to this one. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 17, 2019
My skin is incredibly sensitive and prone to blemishes, making it challenging to try anything new. I discovered the 'Dr. Eslee' brand while visiting a dermatologist, and initially tried their BB cream, which I found extremely satisfying. This encouraged me to try this product as well. I'm 200% satisfied with the product itself. It's incredibly gentle and works wonders for my skin. The only reason I didn't give it a perfect score is that it feels a bit pricey. As mentioned above, there's nothing disappointing about this product except for its price. Let's stock up when Dr. Eslee has a sale! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMay 2, 2018
Back when I was constantly visiting the dermatologist for acne issues, the doctor recommended this product, which I purchased from the clinic. They advised using it every few days as it could be a bit harsh, and warned against double cleansing with another cleanser right after. When I tried it, my cheeks felt a bit tingly during cleansing, but there was no lingering discomfort or breakouts afterward. It definitely worked wonders on my acne-prone T-zone! My skin became super smooth, and I think it even had a slight brightening effect. Maybe it was due to the dead skin cell removal? The powder form (enzyme or yeast?) was a bit inconvenient as it had to be stored in a dry place outside the bathroom. Also, if I remember correctly, it had a rather short shelf life. To use, just sprinkle some powder on your hand, add a few drops of water, and work it into a lather. The dermatologist advised gently massaging the foam only on the T-zone, and for the cheek area, just letting it touch briefly while rinsing with lukewarm water. Applying it only to the T-zone works great! - li*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsFeb 21, 2018
I received a sample from my dermatologist and tried it a few times. On one occasion after using it, my skin felt exceptionally smooth and soft, which I really liked. Thinking it was removing dead skin cells and improving my skin condition, I used it a few more times. However, I ended up with several pustular blemishes that weren't there before, so I had to stop using it completely.
