You need to apply several layers to achieve the color you see in the bullet. I believe this product has nailed the trifecta - color, texture, and staying power. The texture, in particular, is truly remarkable. If applying regular lipstick with your finger feels like a smooth glide, this one feels more like... a soft, powdery cloud. It's as if you're rolling a cloud between your fingers... I'd say it's a lipstick everyone should try at least once in their lifetime. It's simply outstanding. Personally, I don't mind any scent in color cosmetics, but for those who might be curious - it has a vintage rouge-like fragrance.
