For the price, it doesn't feel like the quality is compromised at all - I'd say it's worth every penny. I especially love how it applies smoothly and creamily while still having great adherence! Highly recommended. The 'Cruella' shade is a deep burgundy, but due to its texture, it appears much lighter than other similar-colored lipsticks. You need to apply several layers to achieve the color you see in the bullet. Even though it's a dark shade, it spreads evenly without patchiness, making me think it's a star student in the lipstick world. I believe this product has nailed the trifecta - color, texture, and staying power. The texture, in particular, is truly remarkable. If applying regular lipstick with your finger feels like a smooth glide, this one feels more like... a soft, powdery cloud. It's as if you're rolling a cloud between your fingers... I'd say it's a lipstick everyone should try at least once in their lifetime. It's simply outstanding. Personally, I don't mind any scent in color cosmetics, but for those who might be curious - it has a vintage rouge-like fragrance. When you open the cap, it reminds me of playing at my mother's vanity table, with a nostalgic, perfume-like scent. I actually love this smell, so the fragrance alone was a bonus for me. I'm definitely considering repurchasing. If you're expecting a type that lasts through staining, you might be disappointed as it doesn't leave a stain.

While it seemed like a cool-toned item, it's surprisingly nice. It's matte yet moisturizing, doesn't emphasize dead skin cells, and performs better than expected. The downside is that you need to buy a separate pencil sharpener. Also, I accidentally bought a cool-toned red that doesn't suit my warm complexion. I loved the sophisticated red color. It wasn't too coral or overly vibrant, which I found very satisfying. As expected from NARS lip pencils, but I found it disappointing that this product requires another lip base for application. It's a bit too matte for my liking. For those with warm complexions, try pairing this lip color with a subtle coral blush instead of a pink one. The deep red shade creates a sophisticated atmosphere without being too bright. It applies very smoothly on the lips. While it goes on smoothly, it also wears off easily. Among the three red shades of NARS lip pencils I own, this Cruella color is the most vibrant red. It's a matte formula that adheres naturally and smoothly to the lips. The color payoff is not too intense, giving a natural look. For those who want a bolder appearance, applying two or three layers should do the trick. I often use this shade on its own. When you fill in your entire lips, it gives off a sophisticated urban vibe, and sometimes even a sexy allure. I love that it's easier to line the lips with this pencil format compared to regular lipsticks. This color looks prettier when applied all over rather than as a gradient. The inconvenience of having to sharpen it... It's heartbreaking to see the color being shaved away when sharpening.

It's definitely a high-end product, and I love how it glides on smoothly and finishes without any stickiness! Unfortunately, the staying power is almost non-existent. Even though it's a deep shade that leaves a bit of color, it practically disappears after eating. The color is beautiful when applied! I love how convenient it is to carry around since it's a pencil. It breaks my heart to see the lipstick getting shaved off when I sharpen it with a pencil sharpener.
