It feels moisturizing when applied. That's literally the only good thing about it. There's nothing else worth mentioning except for the hydration. The day after using it, the area around my eyes became red, swollen, and tingling. I immediately threw it away. I'm not sure which ingredient is causing the problem, but it's clearly not compatible with my skin. I had to apply a skin ointment because of the burning sensation. Sigh...
