I wouldn't recommend this for oily skin types. While it provides good hydration, the feeling of strengthening the skin barrier or creating a film might be too heavy for oily skin.

First off, it absorbs well. Since it doesn't contain alcohol, it's likely great for sensitive skin. When applied, you can feel a thin protective layer forming on your skin. I've been using it for about a year now, and I'm satisfied because I haven't experienced any blemishes with this emulsion.
