This serum seems to be perfect for my skin - I get a glow just from applying it after my toner and emulsion. About two months after giving birth, the masseuse at a spa asked what I'd done to my face... I had only applied this! While I can't speak for other products, this one definitely makes my face look better the morning after use. All the Turnaround products are great, but the serum is especially amazing. The price is a bit steep, which is the only downside, but it's worth every penny. I was concerned about my blemish marks, so I bought this product after being told at the store that it helps with skin regeneration. When applied, it leaves a matte finish and feels like it creates a protective layer on the face. It doesn't cause any additional blemishes. While I haven't seen dramatic results, I'm using it comfortably without any issues. Considering the price, I didn't feel anything special about this product... This product is fantastic in every way except for the price. With consistent use, you'll notice your pores seem to disappear. I love how it feels like it's coating my skin when I apply it - it's so satisfying! The price is the biggest drawback. It absorbs so well and feels amazing on the skin! My dry skin tends to develop dead skin cells easily, but when I apply this, they disappear and my skin becomes smooth. I've used about 3 bottles over 6 months. While the amount is small and the price is steep, I can definitely feel my skin improving over time. The wicked price forces me to dock one star though! I have super oily, acne-prone skin in summer and combination-dehydrated skin (extremely dry but with acne flare-ups) in winter. My skin suffers from dryness due to heat sensitivity, has tiny blemishes, excess oil - you name it, my skin's got it all! This review is based on using the product in both summer and winter. Application: It applies like a primer, gliding on smoothly. It makes your skin feel incredibly soft when you put it on! I'd especially recommend this for summer use if you have oily or combination-dehydrated skin. The primer-like feel is perfect for those skin types! Price and quantity: The amount is reasonable, and the price is typical for Clinique products. It doesn't seem overly expensive. Absorption: I'm not sure if my skin is really absorbing this product. It feels like it's coating the skin surface rather than sinking in. The more I try to work it in, the more it seems to pill up like dead skin cells. Ultimately, it feels like it's just sitting on top of the skin, making the surface feel soft without penetrating deeper. Hydration: It doesn't seem to provide much hydration. I'd recommend it for oily skin types in summer. Effectiveness: Well... I've used it for about a year, but as we know, skincare isn't medicine! Recently, I've been feeling like it just sits on top of my skin too much. My skin feels so soft and smooth when I apply this before my moisturizer! It's amazing! I wish the price was a bit more wallet-friendly. Other than that, I'm totally satisfied!
