- Hwahae UserCombination SkinApr 20, 2016
I massage it for about 30 seconds, then leave it for 30 seconds and rinse it off with water. I used it twice a day for about 3 weeks. I'm already using a facial pack, essence, and whitening products, so I'm not sure why my skin has become so bright. What I really need is an even skin tone, not just bright skin under fluorescent lights. But after using this soap for about a week, the patchy feeling seems to have diminished. I definitely feel like my skin is more transparent than before. To be honest, I didn't expect this soap to brighten my skin much, so I'm using it with the mindset that even a 0.1 improvement would be good enough. Is this really a famous whitening soap? Is this the one with arbutin? Why isn't arbutin listed in the ingredients? Maybe it's under a different name that I don't recognize. And since it's rinsed off with water, I'm not sure how effective it will be. It kind of feels like a marketing gimmick. But my skin tone does seem to be more even lately, though I'm not sure if it's because of this or my other products. I use quite a few. Also, after 1 minute of massaging, I feel a slight stinging sensation, especially around my nose. If you have sensitive skin, this might be difficult to use. The scent is like pineapple or tropical fruit, which I like, but it might be divisive. I just lightly wet the soap and work up a rich, fine-textured lather by massaging it vigorously. The finer the lather, the better it seems to adhere to the skin for an effective massage.
