  The placebo effect of thinking it'll be good simply because there's nothing concerning in the ingredients

  Cons

  As someone who's tried three types of Aubrey shampoos (Green Tea, Calendula, GPB), this product is extremely thick. The moment you put it on your hair after lathering a bit in your hands, it just clumps up... It's quite shocking. It doesn't even foam well, just clumps where you touch your hair. Among Aubrey products, this one made my scalp the itchiest the next day. Personally, if you're going to use Aubrey shampoos, I wouldn't recommend any except the Green Tea one.

  The ingredients are reassuring! It helped soothe scabs and inflammation.

  Cons

  I've realized once again that just because a product doesn't have harmful ingredients doesn't mean it's perfect or suitable for everyone. Aside from the inconvenience of not lathering well, I experienced significant hair loss and an explosion of dead skin cells on my scalp. I'm at a loss for what to use next... my scalp truly seems out of this world.

  Pros

  When I use products with poor ingredients, I often get blemishes on my scalp. But with this one, probably due to its good ingredients, I didn't experience any such issues.

  Cons

  My hair becomes extremely stiff when washing, making it difficult to rinse. It also doesn't lather well. Even after working up a lather on my scalp, leaving it for a while, and rinsing thoroughly, within half a day my scalp starts to smell and feels oily again. Among all the shampoos I've used, this one caused the most scalp odor. Just because a shampoo has good ingredients doesn't mean it prevents hair loss. I'm losing too much hair, so I won't be repurchasing.

  Tip

  You need to wet your scalp and hands thoroughly to get any decent lather.

  Pros

  I've tried several Aubrey Organics shampoos. The Blue Chamomile one has a nice feel to it. It caused less scalp itching compared to the orange or red packaged ones. Like most organic shampoos, it feels a bit stiff to use at first, but you get used to it. I alternate between this and Aromatica shampoo. If you find organic shampoos too stiff or don't like their scent, Aromatica might be a better choice. However, Aubrey worked better for my itchy scalp. The biggest advantage of organic shampoos is how clean and refreshed your hair feels after rinsing, without any residue.

  Cons

  The downside is that it's quite stiff when washing your hair and doesn't lather well, which can lead to tangled hair and discomfort. The scent isn't particularly pleasant either.

  Tip

  Using Aubrey's treatment alongside the shampoo helps a lot, but if your hair is very damaged, it can still get quite tangled and difficult to brush. This is especially true right after coloring or perming. In such cases, after using Aubrey shampoo, I use Kerasys or Pantene treatment just on the hair, avoiding the scalp, for about a week or two. Organic treatments often struggle to tame severely damaged hair.

  Pros

  I bought this when my scalp was at its worst with scabs, and it made my scalp feel so much more comfortable. It's a holy grail product, absolutely amazing! For a natural shampoo, it leaves hair feeling less stiff than others.

  Cons

  It definitely produces less lather compared to other shampoos... While it leaves hair less stiff than other natural shampoos, it still can't compare to mainstream shampoos in terms of softness...
