It absorbs smoothly, so the application is nice. However, the hydration doesn't seem as good as I expected. It applies with a very white cast, making you look pale. Also, perhaps because it has some color, I personally felt it lacked moisturizing power. 
Hwahae UserDry SkinJan 3, 2019It's moisturizing and has a lovely scent! There's a subtle hint of vanilla fragrance! I bought this expecting a certain color, but was shocked when I first applied it. The color is a grayish pink, which looks really strange. While it swatches nicely on the hand, when applied to the lips, it just looks... sickly. I really can't recommend this product.

Any positives? Well, I bought it on sale for about $2. And the shipping was free. That's about it. The color is absolutely dreadful. I can't fathom what they were thinking when they created this shade, or why they thought it would sell in Korea. It's completely baffling. As for application, it's the perfect tool to check how many dead skin cells you have on your lips - that's about its only 'benefit'. Not only is the color shockingly bad, but the pilling is also terrible. It's a disaster all around. The best tip I can give you is not to buy it at all. The affordable price is a plus... The case is easy to open and close, and the twist-up mechanism is smooth, which are definite advantages! I have a skin type that's prone to dry lips and dead skin cells build-up. When I apply this to my lips, it leaves a white cast, and after 30 minutes, the dead skin cells start to peel. Even if I exfoliate, my lips quickly become dry again, and the cycle repeats if I reapply. This product didn't provide any care for me at all. I'd recommend avoiding this if you're hoping for a lip balm that will help smooth out dead skin cells. I'm struggling to think of any advantages... it's a total disaster. I originally loved the Red version and bought this when it ran out, but despite being from the same line, the difference is shocking. It's labeled as Rose, but the actual color looks like sickly lips. I thought maybe I could use it for those 'leaving work early' days, but it feels like I've applied butter instead of lip balm - it just sits on top of the lips. I tried to make it work by applying another lip balm first for moisture, but it's still hopeless. To make matters worse, it emphasizes dead skin cells terribly. I feel like I've just thrown my money away.

This color is way too tacky... Go for the red shade instead of rose! It's like a mix between pink and light purple!? If you accidentally apply your tint too heavily, try lightly layering this on top for a better look!
