After applying, my reddened or irritated skin felt a stinging sensation, so I wouldn't recommend this for very sensitive skin. Even though I have sensitive skin, I'm able to use it okay by following up with a lotion and moisturizer.
Also, since it's a water-based formula, it feels a bit difficult to apply with my hands. And even though it's water-based, if I apply it a few times, I get this oily film-like feeling on my face.

I bought this because I had severe trouble with breakouts and the ingredients seemed good, so I thought I'd give it a try - and the results are satisfying!!

I apply this toner at night before bed, and when I wake up in the morning, my reddened skin has calmed down. Since it's a water-based formula, it's lighter than a runny one.

Sometimes when my skin is dry, I'll soak the cotton pad with a thin essence and apply it along with the toner. That works really well. I'll generously soak the toner and then dip the cotton pad in the essence to swipe it on. The essence should also have gentle ingredients.

To be honest, it feels like I'm just applying plain water. It doesn't seem to have any special functional properties. It's just like using a regular cotton pad to apply pure water toner.

I bought this product after learning about it through the Hwahae app, and it's really gentle. Since I'm sensitive, I can't use any makeup or luxury cosmetic products advertised at department stores. But everyone who's tried it says the toner is great. It's all turned upside down because of how gentle it is, and it doesn't cause any issues.

I felt like the product amount was a lot, but as I started using it, it felt like it was going by really quickly. 
I thought the good ingredients would make it last, but even though I'm using just a little bit at a time, it seems to be running out fast - the toner is already about 1/5 gone after just a week. I wish the sizes were a bit bigger.

I was suddenly worried that I had some kind of skin issue when I started getting a lot of pimples on my forehead a couple weeks ago. But I didn't even consider that it might be from a product not agreeing with my skin. Even after a few days, the pimples didn't go down and just kept getting worse, so I started to wonder if it was the skincare products. I happened to come across the Hwahae app and searched for something gentle, and found the Isntree products. The name sounded so mild, so I bought the whole set of toner, lotion, and cream. 
Honestly, I didn't expect much, but as soon as I started using the toner and then the lotion and cream the next day, the pimples seemed to calm down a bit - they weren't as angry or red. It's been about a week now and the pimples are really going away. It's amazing that just using something gentle could have such an effect, without being an acne treatment product.
My skin can be a bit sensitive - I get breakouts sometimes and it's oily in some areas but dry in others. A lot of products tend to irritate it. But this Isntree line seems to really agree with my skin. If you're looking for something gentle and soothing, I highly recommend it.
