I don't have any complaints yet... While it hasn't completely eliminated my redness, I'm quite satisfied and using it regularly.

I started using this for my sensitive skin with redness, and I love how it leaves my skin moisturized without any irritation. Unlike regular serums that tend to run, this one has a heavier texture that seems to lock in hydration for longer.

My skin is generally dry, but I've been struggling with extreme redness and sensitivity in my T-zone and nose area. On the recommendation of a sales associate, I decided to give this product a try. It's effective for redness! While not immediate, after about a month of use, I noticed a significant reduction in redness. The hydration is also sufficient. In summer, I can apply just this before makeup. In drier autumn and winter months, this paired with a light moisturizer prevents makeup from pilling and works great. The quantity is generous for an apple essence, and a little goes a long way, making it quite cost-effective.

Where I live, it's getting colder, so in the morning I apply it alone, and at night I layer it with tea tree gel, Rosaliac, and a hydrating moisturizer.

It's slippery, rich, and expensive. However, it's worth investing in and putting up with the inconvenience because it really does reduce redness.

While it doesn't eliminate redness completely after just a few uses, there's a noticeable reduction! I've used it before and now I'm starting again - I think I'll stick with it this time. In the past, I used it with makeup, so I might not have fully appreciated its effects. I wonder if there's any other product out there that reduces redness as effectively as this one.

Currently, I'm using this serum along with a soothing cream from Zeroid and Avene's Cica cream. I'd love to recommend this combination to others with sensitive, dry skin prone to redness!!! It worked great for me without any pilling. However, during drier times when I add a hydrating cream, there can be some pilling, so that needs a bit of adjustment.

It's a bit on the expensive side. However, it's so effective at reducing redness that I keep buying it during sales.

Living abroad, I have no trouble getting the product, but... I'm not sure how widely available it is in Korea...

Attention all you redness-prone beauties!!! You absolutely must try this product. I've found my holy grail!!! My skin is dry, super sensitive, and prone to redness, so most cosmetics make my skin react badly and worsen my redness... On days with extreme temperature changes, I used to turn as red as a tomato, looking like I'd had a few too many! But my goodness, after using this product, everyone was amazed at how much my redness improved!! It's a bit pricey, but for me, it's a godsend that's actually reduced my redness when nothing else could satisfy me!!!

Being extremely dry-skinned, I can slather on this serum and layer two creams on top without issues, but if you have oily skin, try using just a small amount... For those with sensitive skin!!! Give it a try. I have very sensitive, reactive skin, and I'm absolutely thrilled with it!!!

When your skin is acting up and you can't use anything, when you're looking for products with good ingredients but your super sensitive skin won't tolerate anything - that's when you should try this product.

I'm in such a sensitive state right now that I can't even use toner or do any exfoliation. I just wash my face, apply this product, and layer it thinly on drier areas.

I'm not sure why the color is a bit yellowish.
The texture is similar to an ointment, I'd say? So far, I have no complaints. I'm just grateful to have found a product that can provide hydration on its own!

Combination - normal to dry on cheeks, oily T-zone.
Incompatible ingredients: Hyaluronic acid, butters, oils, and even some acids seem to cause irritation. Using unsuitable products leads to skin reactions within a day. Due to frequent dermatological treatments, I have extremely sensitive skin... 

It's incredibly difficult to find skincare without hyaluronic acid, really....... I couldn't use anything, which made my skin super dehydrated. So I bought this product with gentle ingredients.

It's more hydrating than I expected and helped with my deep dryness. After just a week of use, all my small bumps disappeared..
I guess it's true that lack of hydration causes those tiny bumps. I plan to keep using it consistently.

It worked even better when used together with Tolerian Ultra.

I can't think of any particular drawbacks. The nozzle can be locked by turning it, so you can prevent the opening from drying out even without a cap.

This seems to be more for skin reddened by severe dryness rather than simple redness. My skin was so irritated that it stung, and everything I applied only hurt, but this product caused no irritation. It was hydrating enough and comfortable. I finally found a product I can use when my super sensitive skin acts up.

The amount is small and the price is high? Other than that, I'm generally satisfied.

It's a bit pricey to buy in Korea, so I have to use a proxy service, and since it's a bit greasy, it doesn't seem to absorb fully.

I bought this product based on the claim that it's good for promotion, and when I apply it in the evening and go to bed, the redness definitely subsides. Since I'm limited in adding other products on top, on days when I don't go out in the evening, I apply it morning and night, and while it's not dramatic, the redness gradually fades. However, if I skip using it for a few weeks, the redness comes back. I think I'll have to use up the remaining amount to see how it goes.

At first, it was a bit itchy, and I thought about stopping using it, but after using only a tiny amount, the irritation went away. However, on the days when I used too much by mistake, my face ended up getting red... I'm thinking about stopping using it if possible.

I bought it online because it was said to be good for flushing. I'm still using it, but I'm not sure if it's good... 
The liquid is a bit on the yellow side.
