  This soap bar creates a soft and rich lather, allowing for gentle cleansing without irritation. Even after rinsing, your skin feels moisturized, making it ideal for use during dry seasons. It's great for full-body use, and the subtle soap fragrance is quite satisfying.

  Cons

  It's extremely soft. When exposed to water, it dissolves rapidly with even the slightest touch. While the product itself is good, its softness causes it to wear down quickly, which is the most disappointing aspect.

  Tip

  You can get it at a slightly lower price if you buy it directly from overseas.

  Pros

  Unlike regular soap, it leaves skin soft and moisturized. Perfect for atopic and sensitive skin types! Excellent for both face washing and showering - truly versatile!

  It tends to run out a bit quickly. I wish the price could come down just a little...

  Pros

  First off, it's fantastic for daily cleansing when you're not wearing makeup. Since my cheeks are super sensitive due to redness, I love that it doesn't leave my skin feeling tight after washing. It maintains a moisturized feeling while still cleansing thoroughly, and it's light enough for everyday use without being harsh. When I'm wearing makeup, I always use Cetaphil for my double cleanse routine, as it leaves my skin feeling hydrated at the end. If I had to compare it to the Cetaphil cleansing gel, both are very gentle, but the cleansing bar is slightly more effective. That's why I prefer the bar, especially during times when there's a lot of fine dust in the air.

  The scent is nice, but it could be a bit less strong. It stings a little if it gets in your eyes.

  Pros

  It's fantastic for both face and shower use! While it doesn't dramatically improve my severe pores and redness, it doesn't make them worse either - which is satisfying enough for me. The body application has been particularly effective. My chest and back blemishes have significantly improved. During winter, I was hesitant about cleansing too thoroughly, but this leaves my skin feeling hydrated, which I love. It's great at minimizing fine dead skin cells, though understandably, it doesn't tackle the thicker calluses on my legs.

  Cons

  I'm not sure if the fragrance needs to be this intense. The Gentle Cleanser (gel type) wasn't nearly as strong-smelling. I thought the scent was a bit overpowering, and sure enough, Hwahae lists fragrance as an ingredient. While it's supposed to be mild, it somehow feels unnecessarily stimulating. Also, if you're looking for that squeaky-clean feeling, you might want to avoid all the cleansers from this brand. They tend to leave a slippery sensation.

  Tip

  My sibling and I used it on our faces and bodies, and we went through it in just two months. You can get it for just over 6,000 won with a subscription on Coupang. It doesn't lather well with hands alone, so I recommend using a foam net.
