This soap bar creates a soft and rich lather, allowing for gentle cleansing without irritation. Even after rinsing, your skin feels moisturized, making it ideal for use during dry seasons. It's great for full-body use, and the subtle soap fragrance is quite satisfying. It's extremely soft. When exposed to water, it dissolves rapidly with even the slightest touch. While the product itself is good, its softness causes it to wear down quickly, which is the most disappointing aspect. You can get it at a slightly lower price if you buy it directly from overseas.

It doesn't strip my skin too much and maintains just the right amount of moisture while still feeling clean. I'm totally satisfied using it. It removes base makeup really well and even takes off most point makeup. It even removes the Cellfusion0 green sunscreen. When I use this soap for my second cleanse, there's no residue left at all. Plus, my skin feels incredibly soft afterwards! If it gets in your eyes, it really, really stings so much! I found it great for the second cleanse in my routine. I have dry, sensitive skin with dermatitis around my mouth. My body is also prone to dryness, and I often get red spots after using body products. However, I've been using Cetaphil soap for my evening cleanse and shower, and it's been amazing! No itching, no blemishes, and no dryness. It works perfectly for me. Some might find it inconvenient to lather up the bar soap, but I personally enjoy working up a lather. Unlike regular soap, it leaves skin soft and moisturized. Perfect for atopic and sensitive skin types! Excellent for both face washing and showering - truly versatile! About 4 years ago, when I moved to the countryside, I ran out of my natural soap for cleansing. With no place to buy it, I purchased Neutrogena foam cleanser from a drugstore. I don't remember the exact product, but after using it once, I experienced my skin 'flipping' for the first time in my life. My face turned red, itchy, dry, and tight. Stopping the Neutrogena foam cleanser, I tried slathering on my skin emulsion, thinking it might help, but it didn't. Even washing with just water had no effect. Then, while searching for gentle ingredients, I discovered Cetaphil's soap products. After using this Gentle Cleansing Bar for a few days, my skin started to improve. I also applied Cetaphil body cream, which I usually only used on my body, to my face before sleeping. Surprisingly, my skin calmed down. Since then, I've been using this soap for a long time. I don't even buy separate body wash anymore - I use this soap for both my body and face in the shower. Looking at the ingredient list on Hwahae, I now understand why I've been able to use it without any issues for so long. Considering the price for a single bar of soap, some might find it expensive. It lathers well and works great as a body wash alternative. Since I started using this soap, I only apply body emulsion or cream occasionally in winter. My body definitely feels less dry now.

Since my cheeks are super sensitive due to redness, I love that it doesn't leave my skin feeling tight after washing. It maintains a moisturized feeling while still cleansing thoroughly, and it's light enough for everyday use without being harsh. When I'm wearing makeup, I always use Cetaphil for my double cleanse routine, as it leaves my skin feeling hydrated at the end. If I had to compare it to the Cetaphil cleansing gel, both are very gentle, but the cleansing bar is slightly more effective. That's why I prefer the bar, especially during times when there's a lot of fine dust in the air. The scent is nice, but it could be a bit less strong. It stings a little if it gets in your eyes.

After cleansing, I definitely felt less tightness compared to regular cleansing foams. The fragrance is pleasant too. Although it's supposed to be extremely gentle, it didn't seem to suit my skin. Every time I used it, both my skin and eyes felt a stinging sensation. Cleansing with this actually seemed to irritate my skin, sometimes making it worse. I ended up throwing it away and now I'm using a natural soap that leaves my skin more hydrated, doesn't cause any tingling at all, and works much better for me.
