I have combination dehydrated skin that's slightly oily but also sensitive, so using oil-based cleansers often leads to blemishes. Since I started using this product, I've stuck with it exclusively. It's gentle, non-irritating, and cleanses effectively yet softly. There's absolutely nothing to complain about. The quantity is generous, and I'm satisfied with the price point. I use this product for a gentle massage, followed by a light wipe with cleansing tissues, and then finish with a foam cleanser. Even with this routine, my skin doesn't feel overly dry. Of course, I make sure to follow up with skincare right after. I'm 100% committed to repurchasing this. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinFeb 21, 2018
The gel texture feels refreshing. It's great for using on the skin, avoiding the eyes and mouth area. I used it to clean my makeup sponges and it worked really well. It stings terribly if it gets into your eyes. Because of that, I only use it on my forehead and cheeks. As a result, I've ended up using it mainly for cleaning my makeup tools. I bought it again to use as a makeup sponge cleaner. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinJan 7, 2018
It removes my makeup well according to my standards! (I usually only use eyeshadow, powder, lip color, and eyebrow products). The scent isn't bad, and when you squeeze it onto your hand, it has a gel texture. Surprisingly, it transforms into water droplets when applied to the face! After rinsing several times with water, your skin feels squeaky clean. I personally follow up with a foam cleanser as I prefer a thorough cleanse. If it gets in your eyes... ouch! It's so painful! After using it, I checked the ingredients and realized they're not exactly skin-friendly... Use with bare hands! Be extremely careful not to get it in your eyes while washing! Make sure to rinse your lips thoroughly with water after use (if not rinsed properly, it leaves a strange taste on your lips). - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinMar 23, 2017
I appreciated that the formula didn't run or drip. That's about the only positive thing I can say. It stung so much that I couldn't even use it near my eyes. The makeup was so difficult to remove that I questioned whether this was actually made for cleansing. It barely removed any makeup at all. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinFeb 28, 2017
The scent is lemony, but also reminds me of tea tree. It's pleasantly subtle. I was worried my makeup wouldn't come off, but surprisingly it all washes away! While it doesn't give that squeaky-clean feeling after cleansing, it doesn't leave my skin feeling dry either. The product is quite runny, so one pump dispenses quite a bit. It might run out in a couple of months. Considering the price, you'll end up using it rather generously. Like others have mentioned... absolutely do not open your eyes while cleansing! It stings a lot! Unlike cleansing foams, this doesn't lather at all, so you can't see the makeup coming off. However, when I wiped with a toner-soaked cotton pad after washing, I confirmed it did remove my makeup. Remember, keep your eyes closed while cleansing! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinJan 7, 2017
The scent is nice, and it's my first time trying a gel-type product. It seems pretty good! Oh no! It got into my eyes and it hurt so much! I'll have to be more careful next time. Keep it away from your eyes! - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinOct 11, 2016
It removes makeup while keeping skin hydrated, great for dry skin. It doesn't leave a tight feeling. The fragrance is lovely. The ingredients are disappointing. If I had known, I would have used it less. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinJul 1, 2016
It's lightweight and removes makeup effectively. The fresh lemon scent is delightful and invigorating. I'm not sure if it's just me, but I experience a slight burning sensation, possibly due to the lemon ingredients. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinMay 25, 2016
Don't use it, it's really not good... I bought it because it was called a cleansing gel, but oh no... If it gets in your eyes, it stings terribly. It's so bad that cleansing becomes almost impossible. I'm not usually sensitive and have used drugstore cleansing oils well before, but this one is seriously awful. Absolutely do not use it! Don't buy it even if it's buy-one-get-one-free. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinFeb 21, 2016
The gel texture allows for a smooth, massage-like application that absorbs beautifully It doesn't come off as easily as expected, requiring more product each time you remove it
