My skin is problematic in every way - it breaks out if a product is too sticky, and gets parched if there's not enough hydration. I have typical dehydrated oily skin that's also super sensitive, prone to closed comedones and inflammatory acne. While this cream didn't magically clear my blemishes, it never caused burning sensations or breakouts. Though it's not recommended, I used it as a face cream instead of just an eye cream because it was the only suitable option for me. Yes, it made my face quite shiny, but it's the first product since middle school that's actually calmed my skin. I can't bring myself to dislike it. In my experience, it suits my skin better than the blue jar from Elensilia.
ConsIf you don't have very oily skin, you could probably use this year-round. However, it's not ideal for those with oily skin. I'd recommend only applying it at night and using a different product in the morning. Of course, I used this exclusively because my skin is so dehydrated that other products didn't work for me.

There are various eye creams that come as freebies, but I decided to try this one after carefully considering the ingredients. Though I've only been using it for about a week, my skin is extremely sensitive, so I'm writing this review because I can tell right away if there's a bad reaction! The cream is moisturizing without being sticky. It doesn't cause any redness and even has a slightly cooling effect. As someone with combination dehydrated skin, my face feels very tight after cleansing, and if I neglect my skincare routine, my skin becomes an oil slick in no time. Usually, products with rich textures make my skin super shiny or cause blemishes to pop up. But surprisingly, even though this product contains shea butter, it didn't cause any breakouts. I use functional products (especially for wrinkle improvement) with the understanding that they don't eliminate wrinkles, but rather prevent new ones from forming or maintain the current condition at best. This eye cream gives me exactly that feeling.
ConsIf you apply too little, it feels like you haven't applied anything at all. But if you apply too much, it feels heavy. Try to find the right amount for your skin.
TipI found that when I apply this under my eyes and then use a facial roller to spread it all over, I don't wake up with an oil slick in the morning. Though this might just be my personal experience.
