I bought this as soon as it came out, and it's perfect except for being a powder type! The particles are really fine and smooth. Being a powder, it allows for a sheer application. True to its 'mineral' name, it feels light and velvety. The shade is neither too light nor too dark, perfect for my medium tone between 21 and 23. The powder format makes it a bit inconvenient to use... Even when you close the lid and tap it, not much product comes out. Maybe enough for one brush application? To cover your whole face, you'd be opening and closing the lid all day long! It might be a bit tricky for on-the-go touch-ups. You need to carry a brush or puff, and it's not exactly small in size, so portability is a bit of an issue. I took off one star because of the application process. I recommend using a brush. A brush allows for a more sheer application. Using a puff gives a more velvety finish, but it applies thicker than with a brush. Instead of applying all over, I suggest focusing on areas prone to oiliness. It's perfect for a light, non-cakey coverage. Make sure to test the shades at a department store before buying. I tested it myself and bought the shade recommended by the staff. Even though I got the 'Light' shade, it wasn't too bright and matched me perfectly. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinOct 3, 2016
The powder has such fine particles and provides great coverage for a powder product, yet it looks so natural! I loved it so much I went through 3 containers and wanted to make this my go-to powder... but sadly it's been discontinued. It's been discontinued! Please bring it back, it was my holy grail product! For areas with blemishes or dark spots you want to conceal, press the powder onto those specific spots with your finger. It covers like a concealer, masking problem areas effectively. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSep 4, 2016
The generous size means you can use it up within a year. Plus, there's a variety of shades to choose from. It's hard to tell how this loose powder stands out from others. The color has a somewhat strong yellow undertone. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinJul 19, 2016
It gives a natural look, doesn't clump, and controls oil well! There's some excess powder, the quantity is small, and it's not very portable. - Hwahae UserDry SkinJul 10, 2016
This loose powder comes in a compact case, making it convenient to carry around. When applied after foundation, it covers pores and brightens the complexion. On lazy days, I apply it directly over sunscreen for a natural look that still covers what needs to be covered! The quantity is small for the price. It's inconvenient that there's no included puff or brush, so you have to bring your own separately. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinJun 18, 2016
I've been using this for nearly 5 years now. You can apply it with either a brush or a puff. It gives a refreshing and powdery finish. When used with a puff, the coverage is excellent. There's nothing to complain about, but beginners should be careful with the amount they use! - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinMar 26, 2016
I've been using this for 4 years now! First off, the powder particles are incredibly fine. When you tap the brush, you can see the powder float upwards instead of falling down. It's truly lightweight! Even when applied in winter, there's absolutely no cracking. With a wide range of shades to choose from, it's really fantastic! I'm not sure it's ideal for touch-ups on the go. The packaging seems fragile for carrying around, and you'd need to bring a brush too. Also, perhaps due to the mineral ingredients or my oily skin, I'm not certain, but it seems to make my skin get oily faster, especially in the T-zone and cheek areas. For touch-ups, I'd recommend using a similar lightweight pressed powder. Applying cushion foundations or BB creams over it doesn't blend well. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinJan 21, 2016
As someone who always uses powder after foundation, I couldn't find a product I really liked until I discovered this one. I've been using it for over a year now! Despite being a powder, it's not too drying thanks to its mineral ingredients, and it provides good coverage. Since it's a tinted powder, it might make your makeup feel slightly heavier or more layered. I recommend choosing a shade that matches your complexion for all-over use, or going one shade lighter if you want to use it just for setting concealer under your eyes!
