It's moisturizing and good. It doesn't seem bad to use as a cleansing oil, right?! The finishing touch feels like it envelops the skin, so it's nice and soft.
Cons
The only downside is that it's a bit tricky to control the amount when using it as a cleansing oil. And since it's a watery type, if you're not careful about the amount and just pour it out, it'll just flow out and make a mess all over your back!

The water-based formula has almost no viscosity, so it's great for applying with a cotton pad as a mask. Most importantly, it effectively controls redness. As it's a water-type, it also absorbs quickly.
Cons
Unless you apply it with a cotton pad, it's too runny and tends to drip a lot.

I've been using it for cleansing, and it's not bad. Since it's fragrance-free, it doesn't feel burdensome. After cleansing, when I pat it onto my skin, it leaves a really plump and bouncy feeling. This product's merit is skin soothing, so it seems really gentle without much irritation. It doesn't sting much even when it gets in the eyes.
Cons
First of all, it has the consistency of a watery, runny formula with no viscosity at all. If you're not cleansing, it just flows down, which can be a bit tricky. And you shouldn't expect miraculous effects. It's just a regular toner, but the price is a bit disappointing.

What kind of cotton pad tips could there be for this product? I'll recommend a good one to use with this toner. There's the Missha 1/2 Soft Sponge Puff, and it's amazing for wiping down with this watery toner. There's absolutely no pilling, unlike regular cotton pads. Its unique formula means you only need half the usual amount of toner to get perfect coverage. It's the bomb. And to come back to the Bioderma toner, please do use the Missha cotton pads to wipe it down, and then make sure to gently pat it in. Your skin will get that plump, bouncy feeling.
