Pros
It's decent. I've been a toner nomad for 2 years, and among the toners I've tried so far, this is the best one. My skin doesn't get itchy or irritated, and I haven't developed more acne, so I'm continuing to use it.
Cons

Hwahae gently manages dryness. Can only be applied in the morning.

I was worried(?) because I had a lot of acne on my forehead, but after using this, my acne has become smaller and is disappearing!
Cons
As a student, the price was a bit expensive and burdensome for me. Also, after some time, oil starts to appear, so I have to use powder to clean it up, which is disappointing.

It's really gentle. I don't have sensitive skin, so it didn't help me a lot, but I didn't have any breakouts or issues while using it.
Cons
Since my skin is quite oily, when I use it with a cream, I tend to get more oil buildup later. But I'm not sure if it's because of the cream I used, so I can't say for certain...

The self-adjusting formula is incredibly convenient. It's just a toner, so there's not much to say about it. It's a product formulated for sensitive skin. It seems suitable for dry skin types to use.
Cons
The toner is not refreshing at all and has a bit of an oily feel. Don't use it if you have oily skin (I've had breakouts before). After using other refreshing formulas, using this one feels unpleasant. I don't know why I'm buying this at this price when there are many other affordable and good options.
