I love how it naturally corrects and brightens my complexion, making it look clear and radiant. It even adds a beautiful glow, leaving my skin looking luminous. My only complaint is the small size. Despite that, I've been using it for years and will definitely repurchase. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSep 8, 2016
Well... it absorbs nicely, but that's about it. It's incredibly shimmery! I was shocked when I applied it - felt like I turned into a cyborg! LOL. I tried the pink one and liked it, so I bought this too, but the glitter particles in this are really big. Also, RMK's ingredients are generally terrible across the board. Only the silver one was disappointing. This one has extremely large glitter particles. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSep 1, 2016
The Shu Uemura Control Color is quite pricey, so I bought the smaller size than the one in the photo, but I'm really happy with it! When applied after sunscreen and primer, before base makeup, it gives a subtle shimmer that makes your face look radiant, dewy, and full of life. The fine pearls make your complexion sparkle and appear brighter! The price... oh, the price is steep. It's quite expensive for the amount you get. Also, if you apply your base makeup a bit thick, the effect isn't very noticeable. You need to keep your base light for it to show through. I usually apply it before my base makeup. Whether you're using foundation, concealer, BB cream, or anything else, if you apply your base too thickly, it will cover up the effect. I'd recommend using a thin, lightweight base product for the best results! - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinMar 6, 2016
When you apply this, a subtle silver shimmer gently sparkles on your skin. For those with yellowish undertones, using this before foundation completely neutralizes the yellow cast, making your face appear brighter. It's also wonderfully hydrating! I usually have good skin, but when I was extremely tired and applied this under my foundation, it pilled. I tried reapplying it over areas where my makeup was patchy, but it didn't help much. It didn't settle well at all. The quantity is really... too small. It costs around $50, but the size is just about as big as a nail polish bottle, which is ridiculous.
