  The cleansing effectiveness is great. In the beginning, it feels like it reduces dandruff. It lathers up really well.

  Cons

  I only realized after finishing an entire bottle that this shampoo was the cause of my current scalp condition. My scalp is now dealing with seborrheic dermatitis, redness, scalp acne, intense itching, and hair loss. Initially, I thought it was good because it seemed to reduce dandruff and had good cleansing power. But at some point, my hair started falling out excessively, and scalp acne began to appear, leading to my current state. This shampoo contains several concerning ingredients, but the most problematic is sodium laureth sulfate. If you research it, you'll find it's a potential carcinogen and extremely harmful. It's best to avoid any shampoos containing this ingredient. I feel foolish for using up the entire bottle without knowing this.

  I tried this product because a friend gave it to me. The lather is comparable to other products. Its cleansing effectiveness is average.

  My hair feels a bit stiff when drying, but that might be due to my damaged hair.

  Tip

  Rather than using it daily, alternating with another shampoo each day might be better for protecting your hair. Since my hair is color-treated and quite damaged, I definitely recommend using a conditioner with it.

  The fragrance is lovely and it lathers up beautifully. I've been using only low pH shampoos, which seemed to make my scalp oily and cause dandruff, so I decided to try this. It's exceeded my expectations!

  I used this product before checking the ingredients because it's from Amway... Turns out there are more harmful ingredients than I expected.
