The ingredients are gentle. I have sensitive combination dehydrated skin. After my wedding, I had a bad reaction to makeup, but this mask really helped calm my skin down. Now I use it whenever I feel blemishes coming on before important days. It works well for me and I love it! The only downside is the price. It's quite expensive, but the product is truly excellent. If you apply a soothing ampoule before using this mask, you'll notice a remarkable improvement in your skin the next day. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJan 15, 2022
As someone who tends to have a lot of heat in my face, I'm prone to blemishes if I'm not careful or use products that don't suit me. This product is a godsend - it cools my face effectively and soothes blemishes wonderfully. It's become an essential item in my skincare routine that I can't do without. There's always some essence left inside the packet after taking out the mask, and it's a bit frustrating that I can't get it all out even though I want to use every last drop. However, since the mask itself is so hydrating, it's not a major disappointment. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 1, 2021
This product is truly amazing! I was using the AC ampoule and decided to try their mask pack. The next day, I noticed my blemishes were calming down! So I immediately ordered a pack of 10. My skin type is combination dehydrated with a lot of acne scars, and I typically get new breakouts every other day. My skincare routine includes Chinoshio cleansing oil, Kondal Derma cleansing foam, Ellemere Cochizil, Kondal Derma toner, and The Harnaisikhide serum & balm. With this routine, I've seen a significant reduction in small bumps, and I'm not getting any inflamed acne. If I skip even one day of this regimen, my skin reacts immediately. That's why I make sure to use the AC ampoule mask every 2-3 days for soothing and hydration. There's not much to complain about... Maybe it's a bit sticky? Or a bit pricey? - ch***********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesEnlarged PoresRednessMay 10, 2020
The mask seems to be rich in essence, providing a deeply moisturizing and hydrating experience. I really dislike the scent. I'm not sure if it's just me, but I find it quite unpleasant. It has an artificial floral fragrance. As someone with acne-prone and super sensitive skin, this mask made my skin more irritated and caused some redness. I've been using the DMCK Black Hydrogel Mask with great results, so I had high hopes for this one, but I'm disappointed. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedDec 14, 2019
The mask was wonderfully hydrating and packed with ample serum, which made it even more delightful. I used about ten masks over the course of a week, sometimes even twice a day, but I haven't noticed any dramatic changes in my skin yet. There's plenty of serum in each mask, so I generously share the leftover with my husband. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 18, 2019
It adheres well to the skin and has gentle ingredients, so I experienced almost no skin irritation. The price is too high. If it were more affordable, I'd love to buy it in bulk and use it regularly. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMar 14, 2019
When my face feels hot or blemishes start to appear, using this product has a definite calming effect. I haven't checked the ingredients, but to draw a comparison, it feels like using a diluted version of the pre-renewal AC ampoule. There's nothing to complain about... I feel the price is reasonable considering its effectiveness. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinSep 15, 2018
Unfortunately, it seems the product doesn't work for me. I'm disappointed. The ingredients are good and it was recommended for treating blemishes, but it just doesn't seem to agree with my skin. Even though the ingredients are good, natural, and safe, some people can still have a bad reaction, like with a peach allergy. I had high hopes after seeing good reviews, but it actually made my blemishes worse. You know that feeling when you don't treat a blemish and it just gets bigger and more inflamed by the next day? That's what happened to me. If I don't care for the blemishes, they'll just get worse and more raised. I tried using a face mask, and now both my cheeks are in that same irritated state. It's so frustrating. - bb*****Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedSep 5, 2018
I was pleasantly surprised when I bought another ampoule and received it as a service. It was incredibly gentle and had great soothing effects. I felt good after using just one, so I'm going to buy and try it out. My skin was smooth and pore-free, with no blemishes or troubled areas, but I've been struggling with adult acne for a few years now, and recently a lot of small bumps have been popping up, leaving my skin quite sensitive. I felt the effects right away after using the pack. I'm going to buy several and use them consistently. There's nothing in particular, so I'm not sure what I should use. Maybe it will start to work if I use it a bit more. When I went to buy it, I noticed the price range is quite high. That's probably because the ingredients are not just purified water, but things like witch hazel water, which are more expensive. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 14, 2018
It feels like it settles down and calms down after using it! The downside seems to be that it's a bit difficult to purchase. While the effects are good, it's a bit irritating to use every day~
