Here are the positives: 1. The brush is made of a rubber-like material, which I love. Unlike typical bristle brushes that often get clumpy and apply unevenly over time, this one performs better. While I haven't used it for long, I'm less worried about the brush hardening compared to other mascaras I've tried. 2. There's barely any fallout! I've only experienced black powder under my eyes once since using this. Honestly, that was probably because I tend to touch my face due to my baby hairs, and I might have rubbed my eyes too hard. Otherwise, it stays put no matter what I do.
ConsI'm not sure if this counts as a drawback, as I haven't used specialized removal products before. I tried to remove it with Holika Holika Pig Cleansing Sherbet, but it didn't work. Until I bought a proper eye makeup remover, I had to practically scrub it off with wet wipes. Of course, it comes off fairly easily with an actual eye makeup remover. The blunt tip makes it a bit tricky to use precisely, and the large brush can be awkward when applying to the lash line or inner corners. But overall, it's not bad. To be honest, as a makeup beginner, I'm just assuming these issues are due to my lack of experience.
TipTry to open your eyes as wide as possible when applying. The brush seems longer than you might expect. I often end up getting mascara on my waterline and eyeball when I apply it.
