Pros
The liquid type absorbs quickly, and using the built-in cotton helps refine the skin texture nicely. Moreover, I could see my skin tone becoming clearer after about a week.
Cons
The built-in cotton seemed a bit lacking during use. Also, while you can use both sides of the cotton, the gauze part easily peeled off, making it inconvenient to use.
Tip
I put this essence in a mist bottle and kept it in the bathroom. Spraying it on my face right after cleansing prevents my skin from drying out and keeps it moisturized.

Pros
My skin is combination with an oily T-zone. After cleansing in the evening, I just lightly apply this and it doesn't feel heavy on my T-zone and doesn't make my cheeks feel tight either, which I really liked. When I do a sheet mask with this soaked into a thin cotton pad, my skin seems to stay moisturized and clear for longer.
Cons
The only downside was that the product price was a bit burdensome for me.
Tip
Soak a thin cotton pad with this and do a skin pack! It makes your skin more moisturized and radiant.

It leaves the skin feeling moisturized and smooth. Does it feel like your skin is drinking clear water? This product alone, without having to apply a separate skin lotion or moisturizer, can greatly improve your skin. I happened to use this product as a gift, and it seems to suit me really well. I used to use the First Essence instead of toner, but the cotton pads that come with this are truly, truly, truly amazing!! I would soak the cotton pad in the toner, use one side to wipe, then flip it over and soak it in the essence before gently pressing it into my face to help it absorb. Even after just one use, I could feel the hydration and it was great. After using it for about 3 days, my skin tone also seemed to brighten, and when I applied my usual hydrating ampoule, I felt like my skin was even more hydrated than before. Usually, even after the ampoule, my skin would still feel dry and I'd have to quickly apply a cream, but that feeling was much less noticeable this time!! The only thing I changed was this product, and it's been amazing as a boosting essence!
Cons
Of course, using it generously would give great results, but seeing the level go down so quickly makes me feel a bit bad...haha. I'll have to stock up every time I go to the duty-free shop, haha.
Tip
Try using the Hera Rose Satinet Cream together! Using the hydrating essence and the skin-refining cream is truly a winning combination 😍
