1. Moisture. It's great when used with a cotton pad, leaving you feeling moisturized! 2. Toner Substitute Can be used as a toner substitute, leaving no tightness and helping to remove dust one more time. 3. Even for skin prone to breakouts, it doesn't cause any troubles.
Cons
The price... It's too expensive compared to the amount. For an essence, it's way too watery. You can just think of it as plain water like a toner.

Pros
As the very first step after cleansing, it absorbs very quickly and leaves a nice moisturized feeling without being too drying. It contains various functional ingredients, so I'll need to continue using it, but for now, it hasn't caused any trouble and I like it. The volume is also generous, so I can use it comfortably.

Pros
This is a light, neutral approach. I reduced the use of foam cleansers, makeup removers, and cleansing waters, and my skin has improved a lot. So I just applied this product. I've been trying to minimize the use of cotton pads lately, so I ignored the manual and scooped some into my palm, patting it in to absorb it. I didn't have any breakouts, and it absorbed well. First, I applied this product to my damp face right after cleansing, and waited a bit. This wasn't because of the product, but based on my experience, water absorption is slowest right after cleansing. My face was still quite damp, almost dripping... (I've had dry skin for over 10 years and have gotten used to not wiping my face thoroughly - I'm not sure if that's good or bad, but that's how I've been living.) So I lightly applied this, then did something else like brushing my hair, and then applied it again. Then I used my regular toner about 2 times, skipping the ampoule and eye cream areas, and applied the cream all over my face. Actually, up until last year, I would also use a lotion in between, not just the areas excluding the eye area. I've been doing well without dryness lately and am satisfied. The main advantage of this product is that it's a bit more moisturizing than a regular water-based toner. It's still quite watery, but has a bit more moisture. But these days, there are many moisturizing, watery toners out there, so I'm not sure if it's that special. If I had to point out an advantage, it would be the moisture. The other products I used alongside this were the Innisfree Jeju Volcanic Color Clay Skin and the Beplain Chamomile Skin, and they were similarly moisturizing, maybe even a bit more so than the Innisfree Jeju Volcanic. I prefer fragrance-free, but this one doesn't bother me since I use only a small amount and it absorbs quickly. I haven't had any breakouts.
Cons
It's expensive. In the past, I just thought department store cosmetics were the best, so I used them. But these days, just looking at Hwahae, I wonder if I really need to use this. The ingredients aren't even that great.
Tip
Don't buy it. I used to use Hera exclusively since my 20s, but I absolutely don't buy it anymore. It's been a few years since I stopped. If someone gives it to me, I'll use it, but even while using it, I just feel blah about it. These days, there are so many much more cost-effective options. Makeup removal does help my makeup apply well, but my skin doesn't particularly need this product. As long as I don't use an overly oily remover, any remover works well for my makeup. Since I don't do heavy makeup, that might be why. For people who do more complex makeup routines, this product might make a bigger difference, since the base is so important when building up layers. My review is just for those who do simple makeup like me. ㅎ

I've been using it consistently for 2 years Even though I have sensitive skin, I haven't had any trouble with it It seems to gradually alleviate the dullness when used consistently

It does give a quick moisturizing effect since it's a skin type, but I think I would have liked it even better if it was a gel type

It was dry but moisturizing and nice. It became soft and smooth. I matched well without any trouble!
Cons
The disappointing part is the price.. haha Compared to that, the ingredients seem disappointing as well

I used this product and had no trouble, it's moisturizing. It's not dry or oily, just right.

I wish it was a bit cheaper. ㅎ There don't seem to be any downsides to the product itself.

Pros
It leaves the skin feeling moisturized and smooth. Does it feel like your skin is drinking clear water? This product alone, without having to apply a separate skin lotion or moisturizer, can greatly improve your skin. It rarely causes small blemishes, and I've been using it for 5 years because it's just so great. It's suitable for those who are neither oily nor dry.
