Gentle enough for daily use, and it's really effective at removing blackheads and whiteheads The price might be a bit high... But I only use it on specific areas (like my nose), so it lasts a long time and doesn't feel too expensive for me - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJun 17, 2020
Whenever I feel my skin getting rough, I use this. It instantly makes my skin feel soft and smooth. The only downside is that it's a wash-off type, which can be a bit of a hassle. Other than that, I have no complaints. - ye*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedApr 15, 2020
The cleansing effectiveness is great and it leaves my skin incredibly hydrated! It's gentle on pores without causing any irritation. Even those with super sensitive skin can use it with peace of mind. There's nothing particularly bad about it, but... the fragrance is a bit strong. When I'm wearing a mask, I keep noticing the scent. Also, the lid is too small, which makes it inconvenient to use. - ha********Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMay 22, 2019
I don't do physical exfoliation often, but the granules in this product are just right. After using it, I definitely feel like my face becomes smoother, so I'm using it carefully. I love applying it generously after a bath when my facial skin is soft and my pores are open. I leave it on for about 10 minutes, then gently roll it around my nose area before rinsing. It leaves me with bright, radiant skin, which makes me feel great. Although it's a bit on the pricey side, I'm quite satisfied as it lasts longer than expected. The price point is a bit high, making it not an easy purchase. However, whenever I have some extra money, I find myself buying Bobbi Brown skincare products and somehow end up testing them. Since it's an exfoliating wash-off mask with granules, those with super sensitive skin should definitely try to get a sample and test it before purchasing to avoid any potential skin reactions or wasting money. That's how I bought it too. The texture is basically smooth, and it's not a thick mask. It's more of a hybrid between an emulsion and a cream, so it was less irritating than I expected. I always use it after a bath because that's when the pores are open, increasing the absorption of the mask and reducing skin irritation. For sensitive skin, rather than using it frequently, it's best to time it with your skin condition - like when you notice sebum building up around your nose area. That's the perfect moment! - dy********Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedOct 18, 2018
When my face was dry and I used to exfoliate, it would hurt. But after using this, the dryness is gone. I love how rich it feels! The granules are too big, and it's quite expensive. The price is outrageous! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinDec 23, 2017
It's great at removing dead skin cells, and after rubbing and rinsing, your skin feels instantly soft and smooth! While there might be a slight tingling sensation, once you wash it off after masking, your skin feels so velvety that you'll keep using it! It might sting a bit... As I have sensitive skin, I felt some discomfort and pain when rubbing it in. I wouldn't use it too often as it might cause irritation, but using it once a week seems to be just perfect! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinMay 7, 2017
Well... I got this at an L'Occitane outlet, so the price was incredibly reasonable. That's a plus, right? Also, the fragrance is quite pleasant. I didn't experience any blemishes, but that's mainly because my skin rarely breaks out, so I can't give it extra points for that. While it didn't cause any blemishes, after applying it and leaving it on for 5 minutes, then gently patting with warm water and very lightly massaging, my skin had a burning sensation. It's strange... No blemishes, but I feel uneasy about it. I just want to give it away to someone. - Hwahae UserDry SkinApr 8, 2017
This wash-off mask is no joke... I have dry skin that goes haywire if I don't exfoliate twice a week, but this product was a game-changer! It's absolutely amazing! Just do a quick face wash, apply this, wait five minutes, then rinse off while massaging. Your skin becomes incredibly smooth and glossy, like a peeled egg. It's the best exfoliator I've ever used, and trust me, I've tried all the famous ones. The packaging is inconvenient... How should I describe it? It's like a metal tube similar to Madecassol, and opening and closing the cap is such a hassle. Because it's so pricey, I tried to scrape out every last bit, but ended up tearing the tube. The folded part just burst open! Also, this product contains granules, so it might irritate those with sensitive skin. You can get it cheaper at Shinsegae Mall if you use a coupon! - ne*****Combination SkinFeb 15, 2017
I tried the 3ml sample I received, and let me tell you, it's a game-changer! My skin has been struggling with dead skin cells like crazy lately. My usual product wasn't cutting it, and I'd suffer with flaky skin when applying makeup. But this product? It's a total lifesaver for removing dead skin cells! My skin feels incredibly smooth now. The price is a bit steep, but even the 3ml sample seems like it'll last for several uses. I bet the full-size product would last ages! I'm definitely considering purchasing the full size. With my old exfoliator, I'd use it the night before, follow up with a mask, and still have flaky skin when applying makeup. This one, though, really seems to effectively remove those dead skin cells! The price is a bit daunting in-store, so I'm planning to include it in my next overseas order. The only downside is that the granules can feel a bit harsh when you're scrubbing. This is probably why it's so effective at removing dead skin cells, but it might be too intense for those with super sensitive skin. Even though I'm not particularly sensitive to these things, I did feel a slight tingling sensation.
