The vacation was amazing! I usually never buy cosmetics without checking Hwahae first, but I let my guard down for a moment and fell for it. I naively believed the name 'Horse Oil 100' meant it was 100% pure horse oil. My mistake... I don't blame anyone but myself.
ConsAfter returning home, I casually checked Hwahae and was shocked! Nine harmful ingredients?! I'm someone who won't even buy products with three harmful ingredients (I absolutely avoid phenoxyethanol, parabens, and PEG), but this has nine! I'm stunned and deeply grateful to the person who uploaded this product info on Hwahae. Let me tell you about this product... Just one application and you'll definitely feel its presence. I applied it once, and my previously fine skin has been rough, breaking out, and excessively peeling for days. Trying not to waste it, I applied it on my back (the salesperson said it was great for back acne, and though I don't have any, I thought I'd try it preventatively). I forgot about it until my back became unbearably itchy, and when I scratched, I found large inflammatory acne had appeared. I've never had back acne before... They actually gave me back acne...
TipIf you just want to capture the vacation mood, go ahead and buy it, but absolutely don't apply it! Only recommended for those who can coolly laugh it off as a contribution to Jeju's economy! I basically donated $50! By the way, if you want 100% horse oil, buy it on Coupang instead. (It's cheaper and has better ingredients. For reference, I'm still recovering from the after-effects, so I've decided not to buy any horse oil products for a while.)
