It's a bit drying, but the color is absolutely gorgeous! Plus, it doesn't transfer onto masks. If you have sensitive skin, it might cause blemishes... However, I found that thorough cleansing helps prevent this issue. - si******Combination SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedJan 1, 2021
My skin texture looks amazing! The fragrance is so lovely, it lifts my mood every time I use it. The scent is wonderful, but... to think it contains harmful ingredients. That's really disappointing. - tp******Dry SkinSensitive SkinDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresOct 27, 2020
It matched well with my complexion, which is around shade 22, allowing for a natural evening of skin tone. The low coverage might be a hit or miss for some. Also, it's really matte, so you need some skill from skincare to foundation application. - cs****Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedSep 20, 2020
It feels natural even with makeup on and applies incredibly smoothly and thinly! While it's called a 'glow' product, it's not as glowy as you might expect, but it does set well. I have pores around my nose area and lately, with mask-wearing, I hate it when my makeup gets patchy. This product, however, has minimal pilling and doesn't separate! Plus, without powder setting, it seems to have less darkening and maintains a radiant look for longer. Weak coverage? Given how much I've heard about Chanel's low coverage, it was better than I expected. However, choosing the right shade was difficult, and they're really stingy with samples. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 5, 2020
At first, it applies with a nice moisturizing feel, and I loved how it seemed to set after fully applying. It gives a natural look without that cakey foundation feeling, which I really appreciate. Due to wearing masks because of COVID, I'm a bit disappointed that it slightly pills when I take off the mask. - nd******Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJul 31, 2020
The skin finish is beautiful. It has medium coverage and leaves a soft, matte finish that doesn't feel dry even on dry skin. There's a slight fragrance, but it's pleasant and not overwhelming. The price isn't particularly cheap. If your skin condition is even slightly off, it tends to separate. In winter, it can feel a bit drying. - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedApr 21, 2020
Love how it naturally brightens my complexion. Recommended for those who don't fuss over coverage. The coverage is minimal, so I wouldn't recommend it for those needing more concealment. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinRecommendedNov 27, 2019
For someone like me who has good skin and doesn't care about coverage, dewy or matte finish, but just wants a pretty color, I highly recommend this! It's truly a gem of a foundation. It has a beautiful transparent ivory shade! I also have the No. 12 Rose at home, but since I have a slight redness, it can make me look flushed when my skin gets red. However, No. 10 is just perfect. It dries quickly after application, giving excellent adherence. There's no issue with fingerprints or hair sticking, which is convenient. I strongly recommend this to those who prefer a natural makeup look. It lacks coverage. It's quite drying. Depending on your moisturizer, it may pill slightly. It tends to wear off quickly around oily areas like the nose. Squeeze it out and apply it to different parts of your face with your fingers, then pat it in with a mist-sprayed air puff. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinNov 26, 2019
After applying, as everyone says, it makes your skin look beautiful. It's very hydrating. The staying power is terrible. If you have combination or oily skin like me, you'll need to touch up several times, use a setting spray, or find your own method. I have combination skin, and my T-zone breaks down before half a day. The ingredients seem to be harsh, causing many blemishes. It's weak against sweat and oil. Since it's a moisturizing foundation, it should be good for fall and winter. I spent a lot on it, so I'll only use it during those seasons. - sw*********Dry SkinWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresOct 29, 2019
One day, I applied a Chanel Les Beiges BB cream that was lying around at home and was amazed at how beautiful my skin looked. I rushed to the Chanel store in awe, and before I knew it, I had a foundation, CC cream, and tinted moisturizer sitting on my vanity. The main advantage is that the packaging is gorgeous! But honestly, I'm struggling to find other positives. The coverage is medium to high, and it applies like a moisturizer, feeling hydrating at first. However, once it's absorbed, my skin feels dry. 1. As I mentioned above, it's drying. If even I, with my dry skin, found it too drying to use in summer, that says it all. 2. The price is exorbitant! 3. The SPF protection is underwhelming. If it's going to be this low, why bother including it at all?
