If you're looking for a light rose-scented perfume, this is quite a nice choice It's so light that it fades away quickly. The longevity is really disappointing - ha******Oily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 28, 2021
The scent is not overpowering, but rather subtle and pleasant. I also appreciate the generous amount of product. Unfortunately, the staying power was shorter than expected, and I was disappointed to find that it contains many less-than-ideal ingredients. - na*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinDec 1, 2020
I received this hand cream as a gift in the same scent and used it often. I've heard at least 7 people comment on how nice it smells. I initially thought the fragrance was just okay, but after so many positive reactions, I decided to buy the perfume too. It's an incredibly fresh rose scent that's not heavy at all, with a hint of zesty orange. The spray power is also great. I had seen reviews mentioning it was a bit spicy, which made me wonder - spicy in a rose perfume? Now I understand what they meant. There's occasionally a spicy sensation, but it seems to stay only in the top notes and disappears after a while. The longevity is... only about an hour, I think. I decant it into a small bottle to reapply frequently. Sometimes this scent feels wonderfully fragrant, but other times it can be quite headache-inducing. It's definitely a love-it-or-hate-it fragrance, so make sure to test it before buying! Personally, I much prefer The Body Shop's Moringa. Since the longevity is so poor, decant it into a small bottle for easy reapplication! - g1*****Dry SkinSensitive SkinInner DrynessDead Skin CellsRecommendedSep 13, 2020
In my personal opinion, this truly captures the essence of fresh roses... The price is also incredibly reasonable for the amount you get. I can't really think of any downsides? Though the light scent might feel a bit out of place outside of summer. - 65*****Oily SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedAug 23, 2020
The rose scent is not overpowering, and I really appreciate the generous amount you get. There's nothing particularly bad, but if you find rose fragrances overwhelming, this might not be for you. - m3****Normal SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedAug 18, 2020
As someone who personally loves floral fragrances, I find this perfume to be perfect for a light, everyday spritz! While Gucci Bloom, which I've used before, was a bit heavier and great for winter, this scent seems versatile enough to wear comfortably throughout all four seasons! The main drawback would be the typical characteristic of eau de toilette - its relatively short-lasting fragrance, right? If you want to enhance the longevity of your perfume, try applying it to your knees or thighs in addition to the usual spots like behind the ears, neckline, and wrists. This creates a subtle scent that lasts longer! Also, after spraying, avoid rubbing the perfume - let it settle naturally. This prevents the fragrance from changing and helps it last even longer. - lj****Oily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 22, 2020
Fragrance preferences are personal, but I generally enjoy citrus, floral, and woody scents depending on the season. I bought this rose-scented eau de toilette thinking it would be perfect for a light summer spritz. While it might not be the most captivating scent, it offers good value for money. The sweet floral-fruity aroma would likely appeal to women in their early 20s. However, it's not quite to my personal taste, unfortunately. I've heard that fruity scents often use synthetic fragrances, and I seem to have an aversion to artificial sweet smells, especially peach. Fruit-based scents can become tiresome quickly. When I first sprayed this, the top notes were a mix of floral and fruit, but the artificial nature of the scent gave me a headache, made me feel nauseous, and irritated me. Despite being marketed as a rose fragrance, it had an artificial fruity smell that I dislike. Looking at the notes, I noticed peach musk - which explains why I didn't enjoy it. While I generally like subtle, sweet scents, this perfume starts off floral and fresh but then mixes with artificial notes that upset my stomach. I've ended up using it as a bathroom spray. I'm sorry, perfume, but I just can't like you! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedMay 17, 2020
I was captivated by the rose scent when this product first launched and bought it. I've even repurchased it since then! The light yet classic rose fragrance is absolutely delightful. Even my father, who usually finds perfumes headache-inducing, encouraged me to wear it often, calling it a feminine scent. Perfumes can be pricey, right? Compared to other products that cost over $100 or thereabouts, this one offers great value with its generous quantity and quality scent. I often spray it 5-6 times at once, and it never becomes overwhelming. The ample amount satisfies my vanity and indulgence. Moreover, this perfume is perfect for fragrance novices who haven't developed a habit of wearing scents regularly. It helps you get into the routine of applying perfume throughout the day. I've learned that simply owning a perfume doesn't make you fragrant - you need to consciously apply it to become a pleasantly scented person. This perfume helped me cultivate that habit. While it's noted to contain many potential allergens, that seems unavoidable with perfumes. I have sensitive skin that's cost me quite a bit in dermatologist visits, but I've never experienced any blemishes from this product. In conclusion, I recommend this to those who enjoy a subtle, classic rose scent and to perfume beginners. I have other eau de toilettes, and even though this is also an eau de toilette, I felt its longevity was far too short. From my experience, it lasts only about 1-2 hours, even after spraying it 5-6 times! This seems too brief to meaningfully enhance my natural scent. As a result, I've taken to spraying it on my bedding right before sleep. Spraying it on your bedding 30 minutes to right before bed allows you to drift off surrounded by a pleasant rose aroma. It's also lovely to spray in your room for a rosy ambiance. - zz***Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedDec 5, 2019
The fragrance is absolutely divine. It's not your typical rose scent, but rather a more sophisticated and refreshing aroma. The scent doesn't last extremely long on its own, so I use it alongside a body emulsion. I sometimes use it like a perfume. For longer-lasting fragrance, I apply the soothing gel from the same line first, then finish with a spritz of this. It really helps the scent linger. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedNov 16, 2019
It has a cool and fragrant rose scent. Given the price, you get a generous amount, so you can liberally spray it on your clothes, body, and bedding without worry. It's a mood-booster when you're going to sleep. The longevity seems weaker compared to other eau de toilette fragrances. However, since you get a large quantity, you can decant some into a travel bottle and reapply as needed, so it's not a major drawback. Make sure to decant some into a travel bottle to carry with you. The lasting power is on the weaker side.
