It's moisturizing without being overly oily. There's no white cast, so you can use it with peace of mind. After applying, your eyes might feel quite irritated after a while. So, you might need oil blotting papers or artificial tears if you don't have them. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinJul 29, 2019
It absorbs well without pilling, and I love that I can apply makeup right away due to its excellent absorption. After application, my face felt like it was burning, as if I had a sunburn. I suspect it might contain some irritating ingredients, which makes me hesitant to use it again. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedSep 16, 2018
I love that it's not too oily. It absorbs well and has a pleasant scent. The downside is that when I sweat after applying it, it seems to sting my eyes more than other products. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinMay 5, 2018
It's incredibly hydrating! There's absolutely no stickiness, and it feels more like a lightweight emulsion than a sunscreen. It seems a bit harsh. The brightness made me squint, and I think some got into my eyes because they started tearing up. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinMar 31, 2018
It's hard to find positives, to be honest... On the bright side, it does apply smoothly. And you get a generous amount of product. After application, it stings my eyes. The eye irritation is so bad that I can't keep using it. The texture seems a bit off, like the ingredients aren't well-blended. No tips to share, unfortunately. - ye*****Dry SkinSensitive SkinJan 23, 2018
Powerful UV protection? That's about the only positive I can mention, aside from its main function. After applying this product to my face, I suffered from eye irritation all day long. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinJan 3, 2018
When I go out wearing just this product without any makeup, everyone compliments me on how amazing my skin looks! The scent reminds me of a hair salon, which I find a bit off-putting. My cheeks felt a bit sensitive - I thought it was due to the cold winter air or maybe because I applied too much. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinOct 2, 2017
I switched to Aveeno sunscreen, which is known for being gentle, after another product caused my face to break out. However, even this one... About 2-3 hours after application, my skin started to itch, then my face felt hot, and I developed a rash with weeping... The same symptoms occurred with another product before, and I think the common ingredient that doesn't agree with me is benzophenone-3... If you have super sensitive skin like me, it's important to patch test new products and be cautious with sunscreen ingredients. - gu*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinSep 28, 2017
There's absolutely nothing good to say. It's really terrible. I normally don't have blemish-prone skin, but this product causes a burning sensation and tingling when applied. Wondering if it was just me, I had my older elementary school son try it too, and he also found it very uncomfortable. I don't usually write reviews, but I'm leaving this comment to prevent others from experiencing the same discomfort. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAug 22, 2017
The price...? I bought it for $8 in the US, so it's quite affordable.. I joined Hwahae because of this product. The first day I applied it and went out, I developed what seems to be a sun allergy (?) Actually, I can't say for certain since I don't know the exact cause yet, but this product is under strong suspicion... The areas where I applied it became especially red and itchy. I've had resilient skin for over 30 years - even applying rust water wouldn't affect me - but this product really makes me question things..
