I've been using this for two years, and as someone with extremely dry skin, I haven't found any downsides. However, if you're looking for a moisturizer that's packed with hydration, you might find the moisture level a bit lacking.

As someone with extremely dry skin, I often find that highly moisturizing products can clog my pores and easily cause blemishes. However, this feels like a non-sticky hydrating cream! It's perfect for use in all four seasons without any burden. When I apply it before bed, my makeup goes on smoothly the next day. On days when I'm outdoors for long periods, it seems to have a soothing effect on my skin too! I recommend applying it lightly after thoroughly using your toner and emulsion. The Shiseido White Lucent line is highly recommended!

This product is suitable for use on blemish-prone skin without causing issues. I've had experiences where other whitening products aggravated my blemishes, but while using this one, I didn't notice any worsening of my skin condition.

I'm sure my skin type was listed as combination on the Hwahae app, but after using this product, my skin became oily... As I continued using it, my skin got oilier and it seemed to clog my pores - the oil production was no joke. After using this product for more than 3 weeks, while my face did become brighter, I started getting small bumps and 1-2 small pimples every 2-3 days. I'd rather keep my natural skin tone and have clear skin... I really regret spending money on this, and I threw everything away except the eye cream.

I've been using this product line from toner to essence, eye cream, emulsion, and cream since last year. When I first started using it, my face definitely became a bit brighter. After using it for over 3 months, my complexion improved by about half a shade. After a few weeks of use, my face looked more radiant. People around me even commented, saying things like 'Your face looks so bright these days!' and 'Your skin must be improving!'

The price is a concern. As expected, I don't seem to get along well with jar-type creams. I don't find myself reaching for it often.

The price is quite steep for the amount you get. While its hydration properties are excellent, the entire line is on the expensive side. If you've bought the essence, I'd recommend pairing it with a gentle cream from a different, more affordable line.
