  Pros

  Great for hydration. Excellent as an emulsion step for very dry skin. Of course, a moisturizer afterwards is still essential. There's definitely a noticeable brightening effect. It doesn't cause any blemishes.

  Cons

  The price is the main issue. It's a small amount for such a steep price. Also, it's disappointing that there are no standout features. The ingredients aren't particularly impressive, which is a letdown.

  Pros

  It didn't cause any blemishes and had a pleasant scent, so I used it without any issues.

  Cons

  It was too expensive for the amount you get and I went through it quickly. Also, it was quite drying for winter use and the texture was too thin.

  Tip

  If you have dry skin, you might need to add more steps to your skincare routine or consider using a different product.

  Pros

  As someone with acne-prone sensitive skin, I keep repurchasing this product because it doesn't cause blemishes and gives me a moisturized feeling. I really hope it never gets reformulated so I can continue using it indefinitely.

  Cons

  Being a Shiseido product, it's not exactly cheap. In winter, I find myself applying it twice, which means I have to buy it more frequently.

  Pros

  I started using this again after the renewal, and it's great for moisturizing around the eyes. It doesn't cause any blemishes and works well overall.

  I've been feeling uneasy about it since the radiation incident. I wish it wasn't manufactured in Japan...
