I'm not sure if it's because it's a lip balm, but it feels like it's floating on my lips, almost like I've applied Vaseline...😢 And after some time has passed since applying it, it's a bit better, but right after applying, it seems to transfer a bit...😢

I bought the same product in a different color, and since it's a lip balm, the color is not too intense, which I like. Of course, if you apply it multiple times, the color will come out a bit darker. So it seems like a good option for students to use casually at school and such.

The color is light and it feels moisturizing right after application.

Since it's a lip product, the color does have a bit of an 'off' feeling to it. It could be used to complement a more important makeup look, but using it alone might be a bit much.

I'm not a big fan of products with fragrance, so that's a bit disappointing. But I understand that's an unavoidable part of it.

The triangular design is unique and pretty, but you do have to be careful about the angle when closing the lid.

😱 The case shape is pretty, but you can't just snap the lid shut - you have to align it at a certain angle. And it gets used up quite quickly, so it's not exactly cheap despite the small amount. Also, it's not a lipstick but a slightly tinted lip balm, so it wipes off very easily. You have to reapply it frequently!
Ultimately, the ingredients are not great (I understand they need to put in color, but... the ingredients made me take off one star).

❤ This is a review of the Say It color, not Pepper. While Pepper seemed to be the most popular among the Beige color lip balms, I chose the relatively more neutral-looking Say It since I thought Pepper might not suit me well. 
To cut to the chase, I'm using it very satisfactorily. 
As a lip balm, it applies smoothly and my chapped lips disappear quickly. (I had a strong impression that the 3CE brand only cared about the color, so I didn't expect the functionality to be good as well.) The color is a nicely toned-down cherry red, which looks natural with a bare-faced makeup look. It's a color that won't polarize opinions much... By the way, I'm closer to a warm spring complexion.

I don't recommend wearing it alone without makeup (the color is not that flattering).
Focus on eye makeup and skip the blush (if all three - eyes, blush, and lips - are emphasized, it can look tacky ㅠ)

The texture is quite soft, so please make sure to push the contents all the way down before closing the lid. :)
I closed the lid with the contents a little raised, and it got all messy on the lid. ㅠㅠ

The color itself is slightly darker, although it doesn't apply very intensely. The color is a mix of dried rose and brown tones, so applying a little pink or red tint and some pepper would be nice. :)
When wearing it alone, just do a light makeup, and it will look beautiful. :)
I was surprised that the moisturizing effect lasts long for a tinted lip balm. The Bebe color lip balms have a variety of colors, so it's fun to choose, and this color is not a common one, so it has a collectible value!
