It's the same product in the Saie Color line. The design is pretty and the color is lovely. It applies smoothly and evenly. It seems good for light makeup, like a tinted moisturizer, or a quick touch-up before going out.

Since it's a lip product, the color does have a bit of an 'off' feeling to it. It could be used to complement a more important makeup look, but using it alone might be a bit much. ❤ This is a review of the Say It color, not Pepper. While Pepper seemed to be the most popular among the Beige color lip balms, I chose the relatively more neutral-looking Say It since I thought Pepper might not suit me well. To cut to the chase, I'm using it very satisfactorily. As a lip balm, it applies smoothly and my chapped lips disappear quickly. (I had a strong impression that the 3CE brand only cared about the color, so I didn't expect the functionality to be good as well.) The color is a nicely toned-down cherry red, which looks natural with a bare-faced makeup look. It's a color that won't polarize opinions much... By the way, I'm closer to a warm spring complexion.

😱 The case shape is pretty, but you can't just snap the lid shut - you have to align it at a certain angle. And it gets used up quite quickly, so it's not exactly cheap despite the small amount. Also, it's not a lipstick but a slightly tinted lip balm, so it wipes off very easily. You have to reapply it frequently! The color itself is slightly darker, although it doesn't apply very intensely. The color is a mix of dried rose and brown tones, so applying a little pink or red tint and some pepper would be nice. :) When wearing it alone, just do a light makeup, and it will look beautiful. :) I was surprised that the moisturizing effect lasts long for a tinted lip balm.
