I loved how moisturizing it felt. It was especially nice during the summer months. As expected, it's quite pricey for the amount you get... If it were a bit cheaper, I'd stock up on it. - ju******Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMay 11, 2020
Personally, I find this far superior to Biotherm's most popular Aquasource product. Being a gel, it naturally provides a moisturizing and fresh finish, but this one gives a sensation as if your face is coated. The more you massage it in, the more hydrated your skin feels. The price is somewhat steep. I recommend stocking up when department stores occasionally offer larger sizes. It's best to apply an appropriate amount to your face and massage it in thoroughly. - ta*******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinFeb 11, 2020
It feels wonderfully moisturizing when applied. I liked it so much that I'm considering buying the larger size after using this gift. It definitely helps with deep dryness, which is great. My pores are quite large, but when I wake up in the morning, they appear smaller, making me so happy when I apply makeup! It doesn't accentuate any skin texture when putting on makeup. The price is a bit disappointing. When I first used this product, I broke out with big blemishes and thought it didn't suit me. However, I realized I was using too much. Try applying a smaller amount and layering it! Rather than using it alone, start with a small amount and gradually increase. Mixing it with a light lotion gives you a super hydrated face. After using this product, I tried the cheaper Scinic Hyaluronic Acid Cream, but while my skin felt comfortable, it didn't give the same bouncy glow, and my pores were... not great. Although it's hard to find in Korea and expensive, I might have to order it from overseas again. Since it's a high-density hyaluronic formula, your skin needs time to adjust at first. When applied before makeup, it creates a moisturized base that helps makeup adhere beautifully. After checking the ingredients, I'm not convinced they're as gentle as I'd hoped. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 24, 2019
The absorption is decent and it provides good hydration. When I apply it before bed, I definitely feel a moisturized sensation when I wake up. It seems to create a nice base for makeup application. The scent is slightly reminiscent of men's skincare products, which I personally don't enjoy. It seems to absorb a bit slowly. The biggest issue is that it causes a tingling sensation on my face, which is quite uncomfortable. After applying it before bed and rinsing lightly with water in the morning, my skin feels plump and refreshed. - ty****Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 13, 2019
I absolutely love this! I bought it by chance to use on my sensitive skin after dermatological treatments, and now I'm on my sixth bottle. After my skin treatments, I was looking for a non-irritating, non-sticky moisturizer, and I fell in love with this one. The texture is unique - it feels like you're applying water to your face! It's so lightweight when applied, which makes it feel great and easy to absorb. It seems to have a calming effect too. When my skin is breaking out or feeling dry, I apply it generously, and the next day my skin feels hydrated. The price is a bit steep... And reading other reviews, it seems the scent is hit or miss for some people. To me, it had a subtle, faint citrus fragrance. However, the scent disappears quickly, so it's not really bothersome. For those with dry skin, this alone might not provide enough hydration! I've been using Avene's regenerating cream lately, but it has an ointment-like texture and leaves a residue that I'm not fond of. While it's great for soothing the skin, the cream itself tends to pill. However, when I layer this moisturizer underneath the Avene cream, it applies smoothly without pilling. It seems to work well when paired with thicker, more occlusive creams. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinApr 20, 2019
I actually used this as a tube sample, not realizing it was a cream - I thought it might be an emulsion. It has a faint signature Biotherm scent. The product absorbs well and spreads smoothly without much stickiness. While it absorbs well, surprisingly, it doesn't provide a noticeable feeling of hydration on the skin, nor does it form a moisture barrier. It's a bit of an awkward situation. With my oily skin, I feel like applying anything else on top might lead to blemishes, leaving me in a neither-here-nor-there situation. Moreover, after checking the ingredients, I lost any desire to continue using it. Compared to other Biotherm products, this one doesn't offer any significant benefits. - Hwahae UserDry SkinApr 1, 2019
It's packed with hydration. The main positive point is... the large size. I bought the large size at duty-free, but it's worse than drugstore moisturizers. It causes tingling and redness on my face, so I reluctantly used it on my neck. I absolutely won't repurchase. Definitely not recommended for sensitive skin! I didn't check the ingredients before buying, but if I had known, I wouldn't have purchased it. - wl**********Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMar 14, 2019
As someone with extremely dry, eczema-prone, and atopic skin, I'm always on the hunt for products that provide deep hydration and absorb well. That's why I simply had to try this so-called 'water droplet cream' that promises to be packed with moisture. The texture is a bit more substantial than a gel, but still incredibly smooth. When you apply it, it feels gel-like at first, but as soon as you massage it into your skin, it spreads beautifully. You can actually feel the hydration on your fingertips! It absorbs very lightly into the skin, making it perfect for use during the dry autumn and winter months. I highly recommend this for those with dry skin, and I think it could work well for oily skin types too! The only downside is the scent... It has a somewhat peculiar smell that I'm not too fond of. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinFeb 16, 2019
You can feel a cooling effect and it absorbs well. True to its name as a water drop cream, it applies like little droplets of moisture forming on your skin. The fragrance feels artificial, and I couldn't really get that deeply hydrated feeling. It might be good for light application during summer though.
