I liked how it absorbs well and feels moisturizing. The texture is somewhat like a runny nose with a bit of viscosity, and the scent wasn't bad either. It's hard to describe, but it smells kind of healthy or natural - anyway, it was nice. There's a slight sticky feeling after use. Because of this, makeup often didn't apply well over it. I ended up using this product frequently as part of my evening skincare routine before bed, rather than under makeup. Although it's marketed for acne-prone and oily skin, I didn't see any dramatic effects. It was just okay to use. However, this also means it was gentle enough for regular use, so it might be good for everyday skincare. - rl*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedAug 20, 2020
When my skin was breaking out badly, I applied this for hydration. I'm glad it didn't make my blemishes worse. It has a distinctive scent that I liked, but my family absolutely hated it. - je***********Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinJun 25, 2020
This gel emulsion is perfect for those with oily skin who prefer a lightweight feel! However, it might be too drying for those with dry skin. Absolutely avoid if you have sensitive or dry skin. My T-zone and cheeks are very oily, but the skin around my jaw is dry. When I apply it near my jaw, I get blemishes and a tingling sensation. After using it, my face feels somewhat dry yet oily at the same time. It seemed good at first, but I don't think it's suitable for long-term use. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 21, 2020
I've been using this emulsion along with the toner, and since I started, I've noticed fewer blemishes and my skin feels more balanced. It's been great! The scent might be polarizing for some people. It's such an amazing product, I can't understand why it's being discontinued. If you're stressed about blemishes, I really think you should give this a try. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinRecommendedMay 4, 2020
This might be the best product I've ever used! I've already gone through 3 bottles and plan to keep buying it. The green bottle gives the impression that it'll heal blemishes, and it's incredibly hydrating. It has a cool, fresh scent that smells healthy. If you apply a generous amount before bed, it works like a sleeping mask. The bottle is lightweight, contains a good amount of product, and is super moisturizing. It's excellent for fall and winter, but I found it works well in spring and summer too. The cap is a twist-off type and quite small, so after applying the emulsion, it can be a bit tricky to close. The emulsion gets on the cap and bottle, making it slippery and slightly inconvenient to seal. In the morning, use just a little (to avoid pilling with makeup). At night, don't hold back - apply it generously. When you wake up, your skin will feel soft and supple! - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 26, 2020
The gel texture is a total must-have for those with oily skin! It's not sticky at all, and it's gentle enough to use on acne-prone skin. I tried a sample and loved it so much that I bought the full-size product! The packaging is a bit inconvenient, but the product inside is so good that I'm willing to overlook it! Highly recommended for those with acne-prone skin - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 19, 2020
Personally, I love this product because it feels like it absorbs quickly when applied I've been using it well, so I can't really think of any downsides - ll*******Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 3, 2020
The feeling when applying this is absolutely wonderful, and there's no greasy shine, which I love. The hydration could be a bit better, and I wish the container had a pump so I could use it more generously. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMar 13, 2020
It's great for blemish-prone skin as it provides a very light hydration boost It's okay overall, but it feels more sticky than moisturizing - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMar 11, 2020
I got this as a sample from my regular Etude House store, tried it, liked it, and ended up buying the full-size product. The staff member who gave me the sample said it was good even for sensitive skin prone to blemishes, like when she was a student. I was skeptical but tried it anyway. As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I found it really nice. It absorbs well, leaves my skin feeling fresh without any heaviness, and has a pleasant scent. I'm not one to leave good reviews often, but this is genuinely good. I'm puzzled why it's been discontinued. The super-fast absorption is great - it doesn't sit on the face or leave an oily residue, which I love. There's not much to complain about, but I can't understand why they discontinued it.
