I was completely satisfied with this product. Every time I applied it and went out, people complimented my skin. It gave a beautiful dewy glow and the color was so pretty, creating a natural look effortlessly. The lasting power of the glow was the best I've experienced among all the cushions I've tried. I loved the wide range of shade options and the puff was great too. If you're looking for high coverage, I don't think this product is suitable. It's such a shame that it's been discontinued now. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 4, 2019
It doesn't look too light on my skin even though it's much whiter than my complexion. I was worried because my skin has gotten a bit darker since I bought it, but it's fine. It has a thin, transparent feel that's great for applying lightly. After giving birth, I've gotten more blemishes. I didn't notice before when I had fewer spots, but now I find the coverage slightly lacking. - un*******Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 27, 2019
The complexion naturally brightens up, and unlike some cushions that can make your face feel slightly itchy after a while, this one doesn't have that issue at all! It has great coverage and gives a beautiful skin finish. The staying power is impressive too - I applied it in the morning and it lasted all the way until evening! The price... Although I don't use cushion foundations daily, so it tends to last me quite a while... Still, it's just too expensive... I found that applying the cushion after establishing a solid skincare routine makes it work even better! - sk********Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedDec 9, 2018
It offers good coverage and brightens up your complexion! It's also gentle on the skin. It's great for those who prefer a matte finish. If you're looking for a dewy glow, this might not be for you. - hy******Combination SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedSep 4, 2018
This is my favorite cushion foundation so far. My skin type is combination, and I tend to get atopic dermatitis flare-ups from irritating products. Since I have fair skin, many foundation shades are too dark for me, but this one matches my complexion perfectly. It gives me a radiant look and makes my skin appear beautiful. Personally, I dislike matte finishes, but I also don't like foundations that are too dewy or watery with poor coverage. This one strikes a nice balance - it's moderately moisturizing with medium coverage. If you're looking for full coverage, you might not love it, but if you just want to lightly cover things like redness, you'll be satisfied. I'm on my 10th compact now. In summer, I use it with a light dusting of powder, and in spring, fall, and winter, I use it on its own. The price... oh, the price! It's quite expensive, likely due to the Sulwhasoo brand name. I apply it in thin layers, building up 2-3 applications. I only use a touch of powder on my T-zone where I tend to get oily, especially in summer. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedSep 2, 2018
Great adherence and natural color. Even though it gets a bit oily by evening, it's not bad. I've tried many brands but always excluded Sulwhasoo, thinking it was a mom's cosmetics brand. However, it's the best I've used so far. My skin is a light yellow 21 shade, but I prefer my face to be one shade lighter, so I always use products lighter than 21. I tried this in 13, but it doesn't suit yellow skin. So I went for 11, and unless you apply it very thickly, it gives a slightly brighter, natural brightening effect. Highly recommend shade 11. For yellow skin, shade 11 looks much prettier than 13. The brightness difference is subtle. The color of shade 11 is beautiful. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAug 9, 2018
The color is vibrant and applies with a moisturizing feel. Even with multiple layers, it doesn't feel heavy and looks natural. I've been using it for over two years because it doesn't cause any blemishes on my sensitive skin. The price is a bit steep, which is disappointing. It tends to darken quite noticeably, so after about two hours, the cushion foundation seems to disappear, requiring touch-ups throughout the day. This can be inconvenient. - 54*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinJan 3, 2018
I'm currently on my third refill of this cushion, including the original. It's wonderfully hydrating and gives a beautiful glow. I tried the YSL cushion with its silky finish this summer, but... I've come back to Sulwhasoo! While the YSL is great (I've gone through about 3 refills of that too), nothing beats this cushion for winter. It's incredibly moisturizing, and if you love a dewy glow, I absolutely recommend it! I've received so many compliments on my skin while wearing this, with people asking what I use. Plus, the range of shades is fantastic. If you're looking for a cushion that gives you hydrated, glowing, healthy-looking skin, Sulwhasoo Brightening is a must-try! If there's one downside, it's that it can go on a bit thick if you're not careful. Just remember to apply it lightly! I don't use any other foundation - this is all I need! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinNov 22, 2017
It's so hydrating and great for evening out my complexion that I'm already on my fourth bottle! Even during the super dry winter months, this keeps my skin moisturized all day long. As someone with combination skin, my T-zone tends to get oily. Since this product is quite hydrating, it tended to settle into the creases around my nose and break down quickly there. - bo**********Combination SkinNov 17, 2017
This is by far the best product I've tried from the Amore Pacific line. It adheres well to the skin, gives a nice glow, and offers great coverage. Unfortunately, it transfers onto clothing too easily. Despite choosing shade 11, it wasn't as bright as I expected.
