  This is a highly moisturizing toner perfect for dry skin. You'll feel an immediate surge of hydration after application, and your skin won't feel tight. It contains aloe vera leaf and chrysanthemum flower extracts, which help soothe the skin and improve skin texture.

  Cons

  There's nothing disappointing about the product itself, but the price point is a bit high. Also, being an imported product, it sometimes has a shorter shelf life.

It feels like water, but with a slightly slippery texture when you touch it. 2. Hydration: For its formula, it's quite moisturizing. It's great for layering and doesn't pill at all. 3.   Unlike other affordable toners, this one is exceptionally hydrating. I tested it in-store before buying and even compared it to Santa Maria Novella's famous rose water toner. While that product is great for soothing at a lower price point, this one offers both soothing and deep hydration, perfect for those with dry skin. My skin had been struggling with dead skin cells lately, but after switching all my basics to this line, my complexion has improved significantly. Highly recommended! Pro tip: Use it generously as a toner mask for best results.

  The price is a bit steep for everyday use. If I remember correctly, it was around 60,000 won in-store. It's a bit pricey if you want to use it liberally for toner masks and such.

Gorgeous packaging The bottle is so pretty I reuse the empty ones as diffuser containers 5. Incredible skin-soothing ability As someone with super sensitive skin who can't use most products, this one calms my mask-irritated skin immediately when applied as a toner pack with cotton pads

  I love using this as an exfoliating toner because it's so hydrating and substantial that I don't even need a separate essence. Yet it doesn't feel heavy at all. It's great for soothing the skin, removing dead skin cells, nourishing, and moisturizing, which is why I keep using it. In the morning, I apply it with a cotton pad as a quick mask while I dry my hair. This helps my makeup go on smoothly and leaves my skin texture much more stable.

  There's not really anything to complain about... but if I had to pick one thing, I wish the price was a bit lower.

  Santa Maria Novella products are all about the fragrance experience. The scent is absolutely divine. Plus, it's incredibly rich in texture. As someone with dry skin prone to blemishes, I found its soothing effect remarkable. Using just a small amount, I applied 3-5 layers depending on the weather, and I could feel the hydration deep within my skin. While using this toner, apart from the usual pre-menstrual breakouts, it liberated me from those pesky little bumps and minor blemishes. Even with minimal use in 3-5 layers, it leaves your skin feeling supple and deeply moisturized.

  Cons

  The price is undoubtedly the downside. In my case, I used a more affordable toner for daytime wear under makeup, reserving this for evening use with the 3-5 layer method. Despite frequent use, an 8-month supply was more than sufficient. There are some ingredients of concern, but their concentrations don't seem to be at worrying levels.

  I highly recommend this product for those with dry, blemish-prone skin!

  It's hard to find any flaws with this toner! The hydration, soothing effect, and fragrance are all fantastic. I've probably gone through about seven bottles so far.

  The fragrance is really nice, and I feel good while applying it. I used to only use Aqua de Rose, but I recently switched, and it feels much more moisturizing and soothing. I think I'll keep using this one from now on.
