This fragrance is a unique yet classic floral scent. It evokes images of dense foliage, lush moss, and blue hyacinths. The longevity is surprisingly good, and it's most beautiful on warm spring and summer days. It's so unique that I don't use it daily as much as I thought I would. The scent is quite polarizing, so I strongly recommend trying it before purchasing. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinJun 2, 2018
My first foray into Penhaligon's fragrances! It's such a renowned product. The bottle design is something women would adore. Its feminine charm really sparks that collector's desire. Despite its fame, I took a chance and bought it through direct purchase due to its wicked price, but nearly threw up when I first sprayed it. I researched before buying, but only saw praise, so I regret not testing it first. I strongly advise trying it at a department store before purchasing. I wasn't particularly averse to musk scents before, but this product has made me extremely repulsed by them. It's famous for being used by Queen Elizabeth, but after trying it, I almost questioned Her Majesty's sense of smell. Plus, the price is absolutely outrageous. I considered returning it, but due to shipping costs, I've just kept it on my vanity as a display piece because the bottle is pretty. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinSensitive SkinJun 30, 2017
The scent is quite unique, unlike anything I've smelled before. I personally find it appealing. However, I have a feeling the fragrance might be a bit polarizing... - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinDec 29, 2016
The scent is definitely one that could divide opinions. While it's undeniably captivating, those accustomed to more conventional fragrances might find it challenging. Unfortunately, the longevity is shorter than expected. It might be a good idea to carry it in a travel-sized container or use it alongside the Bluebell body cream for a longer-lasting effect. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinJul 27, 2016
An uncommon scent that's incredibly unique. Probably not many people in Korea use it. It's quite special! The fragrance is definitely polarizing. It's not mainstream, unfortunately. Make sure to test it before buying! Personally, from Penhaligon's, I'd recommend Peoneve, Ellenisia, Orange Blossom, and Juniper Sling. For winter, Artemisia is good (if you can get past the initial scent, the lingering vanilla note is lovely). No special tips here. If you prefer popular fragrances, I wouldn't recommend this. However, if you're looking for a signature scent that's uniquely yours, I'd suggest testing it first and then considering a purchase! - Hwahae UserDry SkinJul 10, 2016
The first whiff of this scent was a revelation! It's the kind of fragrance you'd imagine on an elegant, cultured woman. It's a unique aroma, not your run-of-the-mill perfume. Of course, the Penhaligon's bottle is adorably chic and looks beautiful on any vanity. The floral notes aren't overwhelming, making it suitable even for summer wear. The scent tends to fade rather quickly. While 50ml isn't a large size, it's more than I need since I don't stick to just one perfume. It's a shame they don't offer a 30ml option.
