Pros
I was aware that the blackhead removal function is not available, and that it is just a brightening face mask. However, I found that it effectively removes blackheads on my nose, so I have been using it only on my nose.
Cons
The menthol makes my face feel hot and irritated. Those with sensitive skin should avoid it... My face turns reddish. Even though it says my complexion will improve, it just makes my face red. The instructions say to use it 3 times a week, but that's too much. Also, it says to leave it on for 5-10 minutes, but my face feels extremely tight. Even those with dry skin should avoid it as it seems to cause a lot of wrinkles. The application is not smooth, and it gets applied very thickly... It's a bit of a hassle since the product is expensive and makes my face feel so tight, I'd like to use just a little, but I can't control the amount.

I'm not entirely sure about the good points. After applying and rinsing it off, it seems to give a slightly lively appearance, but I'll need to use the remaining product more to know for sure.

I had high expectations for the Kiehl's product, but...
Cons
As soon as I applied it, my whole face felt irritated, itchy, and my eyes were stinging. At the same time, an intense burning sensation and flushing developed, and I couldn't go out on the days I used this. The redness lasted for over 4 hours. I would recommend avoiding this if you have sensitive skin.
Tip
If you want to use this product, I suggest trying it in the evening. Using it in the morning or during the day may cause the flushing and redness to last longer due to the intense heat sensation.

It was really nice when you applied it by hand at the store - it was so soft and smooth.
Cons
But I didn't know I had sensitive skin, and when I used just this, my face got really stinging and turned red. I have a big one and a small one, but I can't even use them, what a waste of money ㅠ

There were absolutely no benefits from the side effects. I really like Kiehl's products, but some of them seem to have poor ingredients that can cause side effects.
