I was worried this powder would be matte, but it's incredibly thin and velvety without being drying. It doesn't settle into pores at all, which I'm thrilled about. I've been using only this powder for five years now! It's especially great for my T-zone, where pores tend to be more noticeable. A light dusting of this powder creates a flawless complexion. Plus, there's no darkening effect whatsoever! The only downside is how easily it breaks. Perhaps due to its fine texture, even slight impacts can cause it to crumble. Other than that, no complaints. I haven't found a powder that can replace this one yet, so I plan to keep using it. Personally, I found applying it with the included puff works much better than using a brush. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedOct 13, 2018
1. I love the sleek, angular design of this pressed powder compact 2. Allows for a natural-looking makeup application 3. Contains relatively gentle ingredients The glossy case tends to show fingerprints quite easily Applying with a Bobbi Brown brush creates a natural and sophisticated makeup look - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJul 2, 2018
It has a light, non-heavy coverage, and amazingly, it lasts long - even when my makeup usually disappears by afternoon! About the shade... Although my skin tone is on the yellow side and I tend to go for brighter options, I chose a slightly darker shade this time. It does look natural, but I think it would be great if you choose the right color for you. It's not bad overall (I got Warm Porcelain). - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 16, 2018
Coverage - I bought this for light setting after foundation, but I was surprised by its high coverage. Just a tiny amount applied with a brush makes my skin look flawless. I used to aim for perfection with foundation and concealer, but now I barely use concealer and apply foundation casually because this powder perfects everything. Adherence - Fantastic! No pilling at all. My face looks the same all day long. Even when I sweat during workouts, it doesn't get shiny or weird. Application - It's so silky smooth. I really wish everyone could try it. I'm almost afraid it might be discontinued or reformulated because it's that good. No blemishes at all! Some products can really upset my skin, but with this one, I've fallen asleep with makeup on several times, and my skin is actually improving... I think it's because the product is so lightweight, allowing my skin to breathe. Apply just a small amount of foundation, then lightly set it with a brush using this powder for a perfect base. Seriously, buy it. Buy it twice. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinOct 10, 2017
I have combination skin and usually my makeup doesn't adhere well, often looking patchy and cakey. But when I tested this, it applied thinly and evenly without feeling heavy. I decided to purchase it. I'd recommend this for those who prefer a lighter makeup look. I wish it came with a built-in brush instead of a sponge, mainly due to cleaning concerns. I apply it lightly after my sunscreen and concealer. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinDec 19, 2016
Perfect for setting makeup at the end of your routine. It doesn't sit on top of the skin but seems to blend in seamlessly. Bobbi Brown really excels when it comes to complexion products. It breaks apart too easily... Mine has shattered into pieces, so I can't carry it around anymore. Don't try to carry this one with you. It's best to buy a separate travel-sized version for on-the-go touch-ups. - yu****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinMay 26, 2016
This powder foundation applies thinly and looks natural. I apply it right after sunscreen. Despite being a powder, it's not drying and covers pores well. The color matches my skin tone, which is slightly darker than 23. After a few hours, when a bit of oil comes through, my skin looks great! The fingerprint-resistant case, price, and lack of brightness (it's more natural-looking) might be drawbacks for some. To effectively cover pores, don't pat it on like a powder. Instead, use a firm sponge to smooth it over your skin texture. This method fills in pores much better.
